I am very pleased with the service I received while purchasing my vehicle. Terrance McCoy helped me find exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions. I mad an appointment for service on my Kia Soul. I was greeted cheerily. My car was done in the time and at a cost I expected.
I was escorted to the customer lounge area, back to the service department when my car was done and then out to where my car was parked in the lot.

The sales department was wonderful when I bought my Sportage. The service department however will Buffalo you and screw you. The girl who is supposed to explain the services they want to do, talked so fast and was so impatient and pushy that they’ll convince you you need 2 services for your 2 year old vehicle with less than 30,000 miles for $200 that don’t actually need done until 75,000 miles. Stupid me thought they were trustworthy and that’s on me. Well I hope they appreciated that extra $200 they got me for because I won’t be returning for service or for another vehicle.

I have not been in the market for a new car for quite some time and was very pleased with the way I was treated during the process. My sales rep Joey was friendly and thorough. He was available for any questions I had and made my experience a great one. No pressure was applied at any time. The approach used during the sales process was to see that I got what I wanted in a car. I highly recommend Wexford Kia. The sales team and credit department treated me very well. Thank you.

I was very please with Jim Shorkey KIA of Wexford with my recent purchase of a Kia Telluride. I begin speaking with Jim Specht, my sales rep about 3-4 months ago and expressed a strong interest in purchasing a KIA Telluride.he told me that it would take about 3-4 months but I wanted to wait. I called other dealerships who said it would take 7-12 months. Joe followed up and called me in November and said he had some new Kia Tellurides coming in for me to purchase in Dec. I made the deal and purchased mid-Dec and drove off with my Telluride last week. I love the car and am glad to get it. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and accommodating.the only minor complaint i had was how busy they were at the dealership (which i guess is a good thing) during the day when I actually purchased the car.they had several purchases happening which caused us to wait over 2 hours while they finished the financing paperwork.

We had a fantastic experience at Jim Shorkey Kia in Wexford! Terrance McCoy was kind and patient with us while we researched a couple different Kias and he helped us to make the best selection. We felt no pressure at any time and felt like he really wanted to help us. Great experience overall and we ended up leasing a vehicle from them. 10/10 and I would highly recommend!

I was contacting several dealerships for certain Kia & Hyundai models.
Jake at this location showed a great service from the first time of inquiry all the way till the purchase and afterwards. (John at first)
Compared to other dealerships, this location showed the best service & better inventories.

Claudiu was amazing to work with. I thought i would have to wait a few weeks to be able to even see an electric car to test drive. One came to the dealership unexpectedly and he let me know. We went the next day to test drive the Niro. Claudiu explained all.the functions of the car expertly. We decided to buy the car and all the process of the purchase went smoothly.
We picked the car up and Claudiu spent time with us to explain all the operations of the car. I feel confident if I have any questions he will be willing to help me sort them out.
I would totally recommend Jim Shirley Kia.

I bought my K5 here was not happy from the start. They lied to me about when the car was coming in. Then I was convinced to buy a service contract that was supposedly just 50 dollars added on to the financing it actually added another $2,050 to the financing and I also told that the paint and fabric protection was included in the service contract added on another $1,498. I could of had a lower monthly without that being added on but they didn't seem to care about that. Worst car buying experience ever.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I recommend looking up Jessica. She went above and beyond for me. I popped in late on a Monday to see about trading my 21 Sorento Son a 2022 Sorento SXP Xline Jessica was very informative on the test drive showing me differences in this model. She had no problem with staying well past closing time to take care paperwork. When I picked the car up she made sure it was ready for me even had the mud flaps installed before I got there and went over every detail I could think of on the car.

Easy to set up an appointment and get for a test drive. Liked our salesman, Joey. Talked financing options and drove out a couple of hours later in a brand new vehicle. Low pressure and homemade cookies while we talked.

I am leasing a 2021 Forte from Joseph Specht at Jim Shorkey in Wexford.
I didn’t feel pressured at all. This was my first relaxing experience leasing car. The whole staff was pleasant and did not pressure me at all. I took my old lease car in for inspection and left with a new car even though my lease wasn’t up for four months.
5 Stars to Jim Shorkey Kia in Wexford.
