Jimis' Sunnyside Up Diner reviews
17Surprisingly the best quality food of the 4 places that serve breakfast on Route 8 in Butler County. Very cozy, easy parking and great service makes this place a winner to me.
The breakfast tacos were delish. Eggs, chorizo, cilantro cream sauce and salsa verde. Lovely people and atmosphere.
Oh my goodness. The food is delicious! Will definitely be coming back. Great customer service!
Sweet little diner. Very clean and set up very cozy. Server was polite and friendly. Food was very good and the portions are large. Lots of interesting breakfast choices.
This place is a hidden gem! Attached to Mystic lanes bowling alley, you would never expect a cute, delicious and clean little diner. Going to be a new go to spot for us!
Always busy because the food and service are great. It's a great place for a weekend family breakfast.
Food is good, but not sure if I'd say great. Portions are big here and service has always been really good though.
Had the western omelet this time.
Usually come here when I visit a friend in the area, they are a huge fan of here but for me. Not so much, there's not really anything that stands out or is unique about here for me.
The water tasted like well water and the biscuits and gravy were nasty. But our server was awesome
Really great breakfast place. The eggs Benedict is one of our favorite things to get here.
I went in looking for something small but even the breakfast sandwich was huge. It was very tasty and the salt pepper seasoning on the egg was perfect. I enjoyed the coffee. The place has roughly 10 tables indoor with an outdoor patio with I believe 6 picnic tables. Worth a try.
This small diner is now a tradition every time I'm in the area. We will stop for breakfast in the morning before we head back to our hometown. The food is great, the staff is friendly, they have outdoor seating I didn't know about but overheard, and the portions are great. You will not leave hungry or disappointed.
We were limited to breakfast on the day we decided to try this restaurant. They were out of turkey and corned beef. I settled on breakfast as did my wife. Her omelet was slightly soft and mushy. My eggs were slightly overcooked and the yolks were solid. Based on the reviews I anticipated an delicious meal. We both received large portions but I won't be coming back here. There are better, cheaper breakfast options closer to home.
Great little diner with super kind staff. We sat outside in the sunshine in the back patio area for a wonderful brunch.
YUM! Every time we come here, it just keeps getting better and better! Their Gravy is DELICIOUS! We had Aly as out waitress this last time and she was fantastic! Fast service, hot and flavorful food, with a ton of breakfast options.
First time here for weekday morning breakfast with my sister. We were the only customers early, nice relaxed conversation with staff re history of this 'old style' diner before we were ready to order a Big Day and a Sammich. Good food, pleasant experience, and the place was over 1/2 full of people before we left around 10: 15 am. Recommend trying it if you're in the area. Aly (yes, that's the correct spelling of the waitress' name) was very attentive and gracious. I also give them a "+" for the small but well outfitted and nicely decorated unisex bathroom!
Eggs Benedict which are the "special" on Saturdays, are fantastic. Sausage gravy is amazing as well.
