Jimmy John's, Uniontown PA

I have never had an issue until today. Decided to grab family dinner and it's closed. I check the time it's 8: 18pm, knock and I was ignored. Open sign is on but they were putting everything away. Guess I'll have to find another Jimmy John's.

I only ever get delivery from here, but they are always very quick and my food is always excellent.
The people here are very nice as well!

I ordered 160 box lunches from this location, for a contractor lunch at my place of work, and everything was ready exactly at the time I requested. There were no missing items in any of the boxes and everything was FRESH! (I called 2 days earlier to confirm the store could accommodate an order of this size at lunch time, prior to placing the order.) The boxes were sorted into bags that were clearly marked with the sandwich number for easy identification. The store manager and one of the workers helped load them into my vehicle at the curbside when I arrived. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I received only positive comments from every contractor after lunch!
The store manager called me the following day just to check in and make sure everything with our order had been OK. Each year I place an order of this size with a restaurant, and this is the first follow-up courtesy phone call I have received. Customer service like that is why I will now go with JJ's in Uniontown year after year for this lunch! Thank you!

Staff is very rude and incompetent! My daughter gets day old bread with lettuce and oil and vinegar, it’s never been a problem. Today it was problem, one of the workers said she could not unwrap the day old bread! Ok, isn’t that your job? ! So I said give me a side of lettuce and oil and vinegar and I’ll make the sandwich myself. I also ordered a number 5 and a number 9,2 bags of chips and a side of Kickin ranch. I had to ask for the Kickin ranch as she”forgot”. I’m driving home back to Scottdale and reach in the bag for my #5 and to my surprise it was not in the bag. I called the store, got the same incompetent girl that was running the cash register, she obviously doesn’t have communication skills as she sat the phone down. Another girl picked up the phone said she was a manager so I explained to her and that I live over a half an hour away, she said I’ll take your name and phone number and when you’re in the area you can stop in and it’ll be free. To which I replied, “free? ! I already paid for it and did not receive it” She then hung up! Rude ignorant and incompetent and I will not be back!

I ordered my sandwich. I said to the girl no vinegar or oil. Nothing on it no dressing at all. Took it home it had mayo on it. He will not eat if it has salad dressing on it. I called. She said you can come back bring back the sandwich we will make another. I would have had to drive clear back to town with the price of. Gas for one sandwich. She said no dressing means vinegar or oil. I'm sorry No dressing means no dressing. Mayo is salad dressing. She then hung up on me when I said I'm not driving back to town for one sandwich. Earlier my sister and I bought two sandwiches. Her didn't come with any dressing she asked for mayo. This people don't listen to instructions and we're very rude. Regret leaving a tip for them.

Love jimmy johns and their service is usually impeccable but I’m currently waiting 30 mins+ for a delivery and they almost didn’t answer my phone call and a hair in my food

As reviewed in the past, "some kind of delicious". Artisan baked bread, vegetables full of flavor, and generous portions of meat. I visit this location every time I visit home. Best Sandwich makers!

I was pleasantly surprised by the subs that I purchased. They were bigger than I realized and I was able to make two meals out of the giant sub. My whole family enjoyed them. We would definitely go there again.

Slowest service i have ever experienced at a JJ. All bags of potato chip expired a week ago but they are still serving. Never visit this JJ again!

I love that I can get any sandwich on a lettuce wrap. Healthier, and I feel better after, than eating bread. Food is good. Staff is very nice. Atmosphere is okay. (Needs music). Overall, good.

Absolutely love Jimmy John's. If I could I would eat here every day. The food is always delicious and fresh! Good quality and amazing customer service!

Ordered a catering order and it was very good. Just want to say you guys made my son’s birthday party awesome. Thanks a lot and will make future orders there

When I expressed concern that workers were not wearing masks despite a sign on the door saying masks required and that one of these unmasked workers was blowing her nose in the food prep area (as Omicron was surging in the area), an employee followed me into the parking lot to yell at me for documenting this for headquarters by taking a photo. This was the first time in my life that I have been threatened by a store employee, who among other things yelled never come back. Don't worry, I won't.

Being on a diet I love the unwich sandwiches and your sandwich makers are courteous and polite at this door and the dining room is always clean
