Jimmy Wan's Restaurant and Lounge, Cranberry Twp PA

Delicious experience. Got the lamb dinner with Peking duck sliders and some Xiao long BAO (soup dumplings)

We had a reservation at 4: 45 for 5 people (1 of which is a 4 year old). We got to the restaurant about ten minutes early and were immediately seated. We ordered drinks and appetizers, which came very quickly. Shortly after ordering these, we ordered our dinner. Unfortunately it took about an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Two tables near us were seated after us, received their food, ate and left before we ever received our food. Our server told us 3 times that they were just waiting on our sushi order and then things would be “right out”. My fiancé had to go to the hostess stand to bring awareness to this situation. Once he did, we quickly got our food. Our food was delicious, and I would rate the food a 5. However, for overall experience, I had to give the 2 star rating due to the long wait time and no apology whatsoever from our server or any management staff. My 4 year old daughter sat very patiently, but even she said she didn’t want to come back because of how long it was taking. I would have appreciated them at least bringing her food out to ensure that she was taken care of. Again, the food was amazing, just very disappointed in the service.

Ordered immediately and ended up getting soup and a couple beers within an hour to only have to ask for food to go because of prior commitments (food proceeds to come out and we box it ourselves.). Might be thinking this was peak Friday or Saturday night, but just Monday. We'll be back, but Jimmy Wan's, do better!

Visiting from out of town. Great service and friendly people. But anyone who knows authentic Chinese food is going to be disappointed. We ordered some dim sum and the soup dumplings. While the restaurant was only 1/4 full, all our dishes came out lukewarm or cold. Clearly the food we ordered was just sitting there and not freshly prepared. The soup dumplings had no soup because it was all soaked into the outer skin. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Meh they do try overly hard with the decor & the food is very average… not a bad restaurant but also not a good restaurant just basic americanized Chinese food

Very good Asian food, fresh sushi roll appetizer & rice noodle entree. They understand celiac and our waitress went the extra mile!

The Peking duck was outstanding and well worth the price. The pork dumplings were also delectable. I look forward to my next visit.

I have always considered Jimmy Wan's in Cranberry are favorite restaurant.have told many people about it. Yesterday we went there for my husbands birthday dinner. It was just terrible.first my coffee was cold, then my husbands Won Ton Soup came and it was BURNT! While waiting for are meal the waitress never ask if I wanted more coffee.
My husband got General Tso's and I got an order of dumplings.my dumplings were cold and the General Tso's was hard like it had been heated more than once. Also my husband never was given soy sauce for his meal.
It upsets me to write this review and upsets me even more to have lost my favorite restaurant.

I orders over the phone which went good and the person on the phone was very nice. Picking it up went good but I think it is very overpriced for the quality of food. When I started eating the chicken it was very tough and very dry: I am very disappointed for how expensive it is.

Not been here for a while, food good, waitress very attentive, a bit on the expensive side, but would go there again.

Always great food and service. Tried the Szechuan Street noodles and they were fantastic. Definitely enough for a meal the following day.

Good selection of drinks and hard to find bourbons too. The servers I've had, and the bartenders in particular have been great. I've been there a few times and they not only remember me, but also everyone else at the bar.

Drinks can get a little pricey, but they have enough options across a bunch of price points. It also can get pretty busy and backed up for sushi, but that's to be expected for any quality restaurant.

No complaints and I'll certainly be back.

Seamless delivery served hot and fast. Dine in with 5 star service, consistent kitchen, and top of the mark wine list. A Pittsburgh and surrounding community must try!

Food was above average. Service expectations in restaurants needs to adjusted to fit the new Covid Era norms so.service was average.

Food and service was exceptional. Shishito Peppers we're delicious. Sushi was so so. Delicious meals. The embiance left much to be desired. We had a reservation and were seated between two very loud and unnecessarily close in proximity parties. It was an awful date night experience.

Service on a high level, very clean, good food, nice staff, and very delicious food. We tried chicken this time, will try sushi next time! Will recommend to my friend, they have a big table for party
