As a first time home buyer, the process can feel really confusing. Before I met Sheridan, we didn’t even know where to start or what to do first to show sellers that we are serious. We also had no clue how much we could afford. Sheridan made this process so easy and so fun! Before we even saw a house she would put the numbers together so we knew what we were walking into. If the number felt uncomfortable we crossed it off the list. She also adjusted our portal and would send us listings as they came up. She was always available when we wanted to go see a house and worked around our schedule. Even a year after she found us our perfect home, she follows up to see how we are, what renovations we’re doing, and remind us to extend our home warranty. Sheridan went above and beyond and she is a fantastic realtor!

Cathy was efficient, and knowledgable and got us through this process smoothly, she was always available to answer our questions or concerns. I worked briefly with Maria Hyland on presenting an offer for purchase. I work exclusively within Seller's Agency and therefore did not sign on as a contracted Buyer. I would say in the brief time I worked with Maria, she was professional, courteous and highly responsive. Alas, the sale did not happen because my offer, along with everyone else's, was shopped to match/escalate by Seller's agent and was not a typical "leave your highest/best" scenario. Otherwise, I have no doubt Maria would have done a great job representing me through the entire process.
