I thought this was going to be a nightmare, but it was a BREEZE! The set up was very simple, Ryan’s crew was AMAZING! Not a slacker in the bunch, all very helpful, did what they needed to do and then some, VERY PROFESSIONAL. They were scheduled to remove a 300 gallon underground tank and it ended up being 1,000 gallons and they didn’t miss a beat. You could hardly tell there was a huge hole in the lawn when my husband came home; they filled it in, packed it down and replaced our zoysia grass beautifully. I would highly recommend JnJ Environmental. 5

I needed to have my 500gal underground oil tank removed, and a new tank placed in my basement. I wanted one company to take care of everything. JNJ certainly was the right choice. One crew came one day and installed a new tank in the basement location I wanted. (I had picked my new tank from the choices that they recommended). They hooked everything up, put in new vent and fill pipes, and transferred the oil from the underground tank to the new one They made sure that the furnace was working properly before they left. -Great Job! …The next day Ryan’s team came and dug up part of my driveway where the underground tank was. They did an excellent job, very neat and clean.even put the dirt on a plastic tarp! They removed the tank, and backfilled the hole with great care. They cut a perfect square on the driveway! I was very impressed with the precision they took. Everything was taken care of, from permits to location of water line…etc…If you want one company to do the job from start to finish, JNJ is the one to pick. This company deserves more than a five star rating!

J & J did an awesome job removing my underground 500 gallon oil tank. I was under a time crunch and they were able to complete the job in time. Hannah was a huge help during this process and was a pleasure to work with. They completed everything in one day and you would never even know they were there. The crew even put my bushes back after they were done the removal and back fill. Thank you for everything!

JnJ crew was friendly and informative during the whole process of removing a leaking 1000 gal under ground heating oil tank at my home.
They had it removed along with 5 tons of contaminated soil and filled back in with clean fill by the end of the day. The contaminated soil was wrapped in plastic until approval of disposal by DEP then hauled away about 1.5wks later. They informed me how to get reimbursed partially for the cost by a state program. I definitely would recommend them.

Wonderful job removing a 550 gallon, in ground, oil tank from the side yard of my home. Ryan and his crew did a masterful job completing the project quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Ryan was spectacular in maneuvering the backhoe across my front lawn to minizine any damage to the lawn! (I expected some damage considering the size of the backhoe but he cared about the impact to the lawn and was great in avoiding any problems!) The crew was very personable in explaining everything and answering all questions. The office handled all the permits, soil testing, follow-up, etc. - they took care of everything! Great job by the team removing 250 Gal oil tank from basement. This company is responsive and did a great job, would definitely use again should the need arise.

I cant say enough about this company. Losing all of you belongings is devastating, but they emptied our entire oil soaked basement and every single nostalgic item that they took up, they told us how sorry they were and were so sensitive to what we were going through. If they thought anything was salvageable they asked us first. Then when they realized our hot sauce addiction they left a brand new bottle of homemade sauce on our front porch today. Not only were they extremely hard working but they cared and that made one of our hardest days easier. Thank you

JnJ removed 2 underground oil tanks for us. One tank required remediation the other was OK. The entire job was handled professionally from start to finish including required permits, disposal and closure reports.

We had JnJ remove our underground oil tank and replace it with a new above ground tank in our basement. We ended up having a small leak and JnJ was able to get it cleaned up and replaced in no time. I had an above ground, oil tank in my basement removed by J & J. I highly recommend this company. Their service was extremely fast. The tank needed to be drained and they handled it with ease. 2 hours to drain and remove it, less than a week from first call until the tank was gone. There was not a hint of oil smell in the house and no crud or waste left where the tank was. I wish dealing with other contractors was this easy. Make it your first call and it will be your last.

Had an oil tank removed from my basement. From my initial contact with Matt through to Chris and his crew coming to remove the tank everyone was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The actual tank removal was very efficient. In and out in double quick time with no mess and no oil smell.

If you are converting from oil, I highly recommend calling these folks before you start. They can definitely help you be prepared.

Very good company to work with. I had an old 275 gallon oil tank in my basement, that still had sludge and some fuel in it. They were able to remove the tank cleanly and get it out of there. There was no lingering oil smell or debris, they cleared everything up. Responsive office that handled it well. Pricing was fair and they were able to schedule me very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any tank removal or spills.

Not worth calling your brother's coworkers neighbors uncle to do it and spill fuel oil allover your house.

I had an unfortunate experience with a previous contractor and J & J made it right! I spoke to Matt Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning his crew was at my property and removed the oil and the tank. Matt and his team are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Great job from start to finish!

We hired J&J Environmental using a recommendation on our neighborhood social site to remove an abandoned buried oil tank from our property. It was a bit tricky, as the tank was between the sunroom that had large windows and our driveway. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call, next the estimate, and finally the completed job. Could not ask for a better experience. Obviously they are experts at what they do.
