The woman who helped me at the cutting counter was so kind and gave great advice when I said I was stumped on an aspect of my project.
This Joann was very tidy and had a wide selection with most things in stock. Including lots of after holiday sale itemz!

My wife needed a dowel rod and they sold out rods so it was a match made in heaven.

Also everything was 60% off and bring your coupons.

I asked for help and got a reply, pointing in a general direction. The words were back in that corner. This was the Cranderry store. The Butler store could not have been more helpful. In fact they said Cranberry has that and listed the colors available. Everyone should take lessons from Lux at the Butler store. Courteous, helpful and even made recommendations I had not thought of.

I had a wonderful experience with an associate the other day. They helped me and my friend out with fabric and gave me awesome tips about sewing, which is something that I have no experience with. They even gave us some different art ideas for future projects. Thanks Taryn!

I went shopping with my mom who recently had a total hip replacement. She used the scooter cart, but we had a horrible time navigating around the store. The aisleways were too narrow and I had to move various display pieces for her to navigate around. She couldn't drive down the fabric aisles and turning around was difficult. When we went to check out, she couldn't even drive down the check out line. Overall awful experience and no employees seemed to notice or offer assistance.

I've been shopping at Joann for many years but have never been in this particular one. Let me tell you, it will not be my last time! They have aisles upon aisles of every decorative, hobby, and sewing goods! Anything you could possibly want is here. I went in quickly for two simple things and over an hour later, I came out with a whole bag full of goodies!
Don't be fooled by the weirdly placed plaza. Stop in for a fantabulous Joann!

Joann Fabric and Craft has a great selection of novelty prints. I sew doll clothes, and I am always looking for designs that kids will get excited about.

I went with my daughter it was looking for fabric. So many pretty colors and designs. They have what you need. My daughter was looking for on sale materials, they had plenty. I like to look around

I went to Jo Ann Fabrics in Cranberry to purchase fleece to make each student in my classroom a scarf. I hand selected fleece based on each of their interests. I have 16 students, so yes, I had 16 different panels. When I went to have it cut, the staff servicing the counter told me to go look through the remnants pile. She did not want to cut my fleece. There were no customers in front of or behind me. This was pure laziness. I left all 16 panels on the counter and walked out of the store. I guess my students aren't getting scarves this year.

The employees are so helpful and courteous. I found everything I was looking for and then some.

I came here a few months ago. I loved the birdhouse options. I came here to buy fabrics to reupholster chairs and the employees were more than happy to cut the fabrics! I got candle making kits as well. They turned out amazing! There is so many fabrics to choose from and the prices are pretty good. The store is clean as well and there’s a ton of employees.

They had everything that I needed for both of my clients, store is always clean and employees bate always friendly and helpful.

I can spend an hour or so just wandering around in the various departments. I do a variety of crafts so I go to the artist section, fabric, Cricut, yarn, and even visit the kids section for stuff for my grandkids. The staff at the Cranberry store is fabulous. And I love ordering online and pickup when it's ready.

I enjoyed seeing your many great deals and items. I was there a long time, but I was surprised that nobody asked if I needed help. I walked around for almost 2 hours. I did need help at first, but after a long time of walking around, I answered all of my own questions. I would have liked to see better stocked shelves in the yarn area. To be fair, there was a really big yarn sale going on, so maybe that’s why there was less yarn there.

Love this store to help me with my crocheting hobby. I cab get all sorts of didderent yarns and also free patterns to try.

When you come into store and spend more than ordering online and you cant use 20% coupon that really upsets me. What's the difference? That rule needs to change

The curbside pick up is absolutely awful. They will tell you your order will be ready in an estimated 20 minutes and then you won't get the email till hours later. Their workers are also impolite about the problems.
