They have great items but the staff is lacking my grandma was treated very rude by the manager and it was a truly uncomfortable situation that could have been handled better do better because she used to work there and she was way nicer to everyone it’s not hard

I wanted to love it but was dissapointed. It looks like a store about to go out of business which makes me sad. Good sales on everything but wasn't impressed with the store or selection at all. Very nice cashier though?

I stopped here to look for certain fabric to put on my vanity chair I was hoping for a donut pattern. They had plenty more than the altoona location. I got about a yard of fabric for 7$ so many fabrics on sale and deals, I definitely recommend stopping if you are looking to decorate your furniture!

Great store to find anything you need for all kinds of arts and crafts. They have a little bit of everything.

Slowest service ever! The only speed they know is backwards. Waited 20 mins to check out and finally left.

I grew up my whole life going to Michael's, thinking they only had fabric here. To my surprise they have LOTS OF STUFF- and it's SO MUCH CHEAPER than Michael's. I got like an entire bag of flowers and fabric swatches for like 11 dollars. I didn't believe the cashier. Rechecked- still 11 dollars. Wow. Amazing. I don't know who JoAnn is but I want to kiss her on the mouth

They ladies up there know what they're doing and can provide assistance just off the tops of their heads. There's a large selection of fabrics for, quilting, clothing, what ever you like. They had many classes before COVID, but I didn't see if they are having any now.

The employees were helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the fabric I wanted and were personable and friendly.

Great staff, clean store. This store is on the small side though, so if you're looking for something specific it's probably good to check the app or call ahead.

Clean store. Wide variety of products. Friendly staff. There is one staff member in particular who is always so friendly, smiling and makes you feel comfortable. Small talk is easy with this staff member. I wish I would have looked at her name tag to acknowledge her in this post.

I had a good experience finding the fabrics needed that will match a dressy skirt. I also found the lavender silky material for a slip. The staff really helped me out when I asked their option.

They are very good just call and see if what you want is in stock bc online inventory is very inaccurate.

Good place to go to get some of your fabrics they got a lot of selection and fabrics and a lot of crafts there and the people there are friendly and helpful

Stopped in quick just to grab fabric and the sales are awesome as usual! Ended up getting an extra discount bringing me down to only $3.00 a yard on a few different fabrics! Ecstatic doesn't cover it! This store and employees rock!

I only have 2 issues.it always takes so long to check out and my other is the coupon situation.if you have more than 1 50% off coupon you are able to use as many as you can per reg.priced item.some tellers will let you.some wont.its frustrating.plus they send these coupons that you can never use cause almost everything is on sale.if the register accepts the coupons.u you should be able to use as many as you can.
