JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, Chambersburg PA

I usually find what I'm looking for here. USUALLY.lately I'll be looking for something and they don't have it in store but online. Then I have to get in store delivery to get the good price, but if they had had it I wouldn't have to come in twice.seems like a way to get me in a second time.: ^/

They weren't all that busy but the staff were very friendly. It's my favorite JoAnns to go to. Always clean and always easy to find what you need.

Put regular priced material in the clearance area. To fool the customer into thinking it was on sale.

Very nice selection of fabrics and DIY items. The service was okay. No one really asked if any of us needed help. The store was kept and clean.

Went to look for crochet pattern for a dress. Books were all mixed up didn't have time to sort them

Great customer service. The staff was very helpful when looking for certain items or helping measure certain lengths for common projects. Huge store, much to choose from.

If you like material and sewing this is a nice place, but if you like to stamp and make cards and scrapbook this Joann's doesn't carry these products.

If you need fabric they have a decent selection. However this is the majority of what you will find. This is the first Joann's I have been to that does not have a diverse selection of crafting products. I was a little disappointed. However, the customer service was excellent. Considering how busy they were they did an outstanding job helping all the customers. If I need fabrics I will definitely return to this store. Hopefully one day they will expand.

It's ok. Clean. Fabric is nicely organized. Cutting table is by the register which is different. I have never seen it that way before.

Our Joann Fabrics has the best staff in the world. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I always find what I need there.

Joann Fabrics is my favorite sewing store. Moreover, I love the coupons and the helpful workers.

The usual with any and all Joann stores. Sales are tricky in wording, you spend more time trying to figure out what is on sale, etc. Alway extremely short staffed and long lines at register, cutting area, etc. They need to hire more staff, these women are run ragged!

Not really anything wrong with this store, just not my kind of place. Couldn't find anything I was interested in. Couldn't find help when I was trying to find a specific item.

Our Joanne's closed in my neighborhood so I especially liked the chance to visit this location. I was looking for black, brass, or copper clip-on earring fixings which are hard to find. Sadly, still looking! Halloween stuff just being put out. Colorful, fun stuff.

I usually have good success here. This time I asked a worker how long the pattern sale would last and she said she had no idea. It changes everyday. I realize she was new but a good worker would find out so they can be of help to customers.

Too much fleece! Changed their hours to opening at 10 am, hate that! At least do 9: 30. Helpful staff.

Fabric isn't my thing.but they have a large variety of beads for jewelry making n rotate good sales on them
