And Jo-Ann's Fabric yes it's so lovely as places I went and got my own material to make my own costume because of where they have it packed and they always say that you can't get them where they're right down here and they're not and if they are they keep me out of even getting what I needed and now that I ordered one my whole you know everything from a whole cement building black drop down here through Grandview Hospital

I really can't complain, except for their website being accurate to what's on hand. This is my local go to craft store. I regularly use their coupons and can usually find what I'm looking for. They have been kind enough to find another store, who had what I needed, and had it shipped to theirs. Staff polite, store is clean and organized. I like this store better than their competitor, which is across the street.

Very helpful staff. I asked about something the person told me where and said to wait one minute and she would show me what I was looking for.

Home decor and crafting in one place! What's not to love? ! Always a sale and always have coupons!

QUAKERTOWN STORE REVIEW FOR 1/25/21:
I looked up item I needed online for store referenced above, which indicated there were 12 in stock. I drove from Hatfield and not one in store. I'm NOT happy about this or the service I received from the Joann Fabrics Associates.

Manager is a wench! She had asked me if I had a mask- I stated no due to a medical condition. She proceeded to indirectly be a wench by insisting on “curbside” pick up. I’m sorry, but we all know corona was well over exaggerated. The attitude is unnecessary & unprofessional!

Great place for all your crafting needs. Simple online with curbside pickup along with prompt ship to home service. Look for bargains and fantastic coupons.

Always a fabulous selection but not enough staff. I can never find an employee or assistant. Sometimes we need a little help locating items or looking for something special.

I had ordered fabric online and it took over a month for them to tell me they were out of stock.

People are generally nice. Problem is smaller store reduce selection. Would not want it to move because it's in a great location.

Nice store and staff. I've been disappointed with the selection of paintable planters and other things.

Employees didn't really help me search for what I needed didn't seem to have the time I found it on my own. Didn't have a very good knowledge and what they had in the store.

Good selection for crafting and sewing. They have reduced the amount of fabric for sewing clothes. Large selection of cotton fabric for quilting. Classes also available here.

Love this store. I just wish it was closer to home. I usually can alwaus find what i need here.except for today.

Love Joanns for all kinds of crafting needs and Holiday things. I personally don't buy fabric from Joanns. I like a better quality cotton for my quilts
