The folks here are incredibly fair, thorough, and take the time to run you through everything that they are doing. We are customers for life!

Friendly and responsive, but when I said no thanks to replacing both brake pads and rotors - only replacing the pads that were close to minimum - the labor quote for doing both ended up being what they charged for just changing the pads.

I cannot say enough good thing's about Ryan he is very nice to his patrons, ill let the stars speak for themselves. Thank You RAYAN.

Joe's has been my most trusted mechanic. I live 40 minutes away now, and still go out of my way to go here, because they do the job right, fairly priced, and are very transparent with what each problem was with your car.

Most recently, I tried taking my car to a mechanic near my current residence because it was making a weird noise and didn't want to drive too far with it acting up, and this place tried charging my $700-$1400 to repair it, and still charged me $140 for them to just look at it and not do anything when I asked for my car back. I took it to Joe Black's they next day, and not only did they fix it within 45 minutes after I dropped it off, but they didn't even charge me bc the problem just was that something was jammed in the wheel well, and they just cleared it out.

I've recommended so many people to come here and they've all had great experiences.

I've been taking my car to Ryan and his group for 5 years now and could not be happier with my experience. They do good, honest work at a fair price and always get the job done in a timely fashion. This is an honest shop that stands behind their work and always puts the customer first.

Words can’t describe how great this place is. They really go up and beyond to make sure you are happy and everything is done right. My situation for my vehicle was extremely complicated and he handled it like a pro. I recommend everybody to take their car there domestic or import. Even if you have a Newer high-end car take it there instead of the actual dealership. Ryan and his staff are some of the most trustworthy people around and they have gained my business for life!

Friendly local shop always take my vehicle there for inspection every year. Ryan (owner) is a very trustworthy and honest guy. Never leave feeling as if i overpayed of had the wool pulled over my eyes.

My favorite shop in the area. They are freindly, reliable, and honest. Also, they're the only independent shop in this area with a road force tire balancer.
