Joe's Pizza, Easton PA

I order from Joe's a couple times a week. NEVER AGAIN! Today, we waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. I was told the driver had the wrong address.
**Why didn't anyone call me back to ask?
I made several attempts to contact the manager for a refund, who told me he was only going to refund $34.00 of a $35.36 charge.
The manager told me I should order from somewhere else.
Unmm dude, we totally did!

Pizza was trash! So dry! Joes use to be so good, I don't know what happened but food is garbage!

Joe’s Pizza a staple in Easton for many many yrs. What an absolute disappointment this place is with its new owners. Pizza has absolutely zero taste. Who changes a pizza recipe that’s been the same for 30 yrs and the locals favorite. Shame on you and shame on your disrespectful customer service.

First time ordering from here.ordered the Steak and Cheese Stromboli and it really DELISH.will be back. Thank You!

Terrible. Only went here because it’s near my house and you would think I learned my lesson the first time with the horrendous pizza and sub but nope. I ordered two orders of cheese fries and they used bacon bits instead of real bacon pieces like who does that. Besides that the fries were absolute garbage they taste freezer burnt. Disgusting, vile made my boyfriend almost puke.

Pizza was delicious.they made my custom pizza perfectly.and it tasted phenomenal.the brothers that own it are great guys and were very happy to accommodate me and my friends.keep up the great work guys!

Joe's pizza is having to much grease dripping out of the pizza there's sandwiches are okay they're friendly when you go inside but if you're a bigger person you can't really sit at the tables because they only have the Boost and bigger people don't fit in them

Very good haven't eat Joe's pizza in a while glad I did good food the guy that delivered was nice also!

I have ordered from them 3 times.each time was a problem. This latest tine I was charged for hot peppers and never received them. I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie. Meat was dry and did not receive the proper condiments requested. Pai 16.00 and threw it all away

Not sure who this guy learned the business from, but he had a poor teacher! Should have known when they didn't know what a Grandma pie was. Worse yet obviously don't know what a Calzone is either, shape was right but it was nothing more than pizza stuff poked into a Calzone crust! Not happy won't be ordering from there again, no matter how many times I get busy signals from other stores!

The new owner is awesome! Great food! They even have FRIED OREOS! Bathrooms are super clean. I most definitely Joe's Pizza.

Horrible! They messed up my order so we called to have them remake it they got rude and started yelling. We took the food back got our money and will never order from them again. I would suggest you don’t either. Cheesesteak was wrong, pizza was dry and burnt, no sauce on the wings!

The owner son told me
I won't be able to get creative with there menu
But there Fish Felt Sandwiche i was able to upgrade to my style & taste
I told the owner son
Remember your Fish Felt Sandwiche & the ingredients i added on to it
Now it's not the same as the Fish Felt on your menu

Very bad service told me 20 mins and got there after 20 mins and waited 15 mins inside store and had to make my fries after they told me my order was ready

Ok, few things about here. It will be the best tasting any pizza, calzone you order. My 3 star is simply the delivery took over an hour and I'm 10 mins from there.

Called for delivery, took an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. We live right around the corner, to add to that the food wasn’t even hot. Then when we call to mention how disappointing the wait was and how the food wasn’t satisfying, the person who answered was extremely disrespectful and actually started to yell on the phone, as if it was our fault Something wasn’t executed properly along the way! The gentleman was very combative and argumentative and we actually had to hang up on him being the conversation wasn’t going anywhere. Very disappointed in a spot that we use frequently, what unprofessionalism!
