I took my car in to have a recall issue handled and John Kennedy Ford Jenkintown did just that. While I waited in their clean waiting room I was offered coffee, which I partook of. I wasn't there long because I had this services already scheduled. Also, something else I should mention is that when I scheduled my service appointment because they already had my information, they gave me a friendly reminder call and email for the upcoming appointment.
Excellent service, explanation, cooperation. Great support even after sale. IAN and the manager in the sales are the best. Strongly recommend this dealership. Overall great experience.

Took delivery of a 2022 Maverick yesterday 11/2/2022. Paul Hennessey was my salesperson. I live in Maryland, 116 miles from dealership. We used phone and internet for contact. The price Paul quoted is what I paid.
Business office added $225 courier fee for out-of-state title work that was not unreasonable given the distance.
Dealing with Paul was square business! Two hour drive each way worth it.
FWIW, restroom at dealership was spotlessly clean.

Great sales team work
Don’t ever bring your car here. They will damage it and lie about it. Brought out car in for a break replacement at 9am. Called around 2pm saying they needed to do more work which is completely fine we expected it to be all day. Then when my husband picks it up the vanity plate is hanging off. When asked about what happened they all say “I don’t know what happened”. This is ridiculous. People trust you guys with their cars and after reading all the reviews it looks like your known for damages. It’s a simple vanity plate but not even a simple apology or honesty just shows how this business is run.
I would like to give a shout out to Paul at JFK Kennedy Ford, his patience was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and professional. His friendly demeanor was also very helpful.
I will never buy another Ford again. Your service department wants $5800.00 to rebuild a transmission on a 4 year old Ford transit that I purchased from you? Got it fixed for half that and I didn't have to pay your ridiculous $175.00 diagnostic fee. Ford you are a terrible company.
