John Kennedy Subaru Service Center, Plymouth Meeting PA

I only bring my car here. Noticed 2015 Forester was having extreamly high oil consumption. Had a bad head gasket, they went above & beyond to get my car situated. Direceted me to got to Subaru of America to help cover the cost of repair (almost 4 grand) Even got a loaner for 2 months while my Forrester was being diagnosed & repaired. Runs like new now.

I recently had my oil changed on my Subaru Legacy, and had a few other things checked that they didn't charge me for! The service technician that I worked with was very personable.

Great place to have your Subaru serviced, I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. Staff is friendly and provides good communication and updates while your vehicle is in service.

Also, the parts department is very helpful if you’re looking for accessories.

Recently, parts/service got me back on the road the same day after my tire and wheel had an unfortunate bump with a curb and had to be replaced. Parts dept found the replacements at a nearby dealership and arranged for same day delivery and repair.

They are always very prompt and attentive. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee. Nice JFK Park close by if you want to go for a walk while waiting.

Once again outstanding service. Todd took amazing care of me as well as my shuttle driver everybody was amazing. My car looks phenomenal. This is my first dealing with Kennedy and extremely impressed. Outstanding service.

Great customer service and warranty work on my Crosstrek! Had a complementary loaner to drive during the repair. Nearly effortless on my part!

Harry is the nicest person and his customer service is excellent. I will bring all my four other family members' cars here from now on just because of Harry's service, instead of Sellersville or other Subaru dealer location.

Everything was great know problems. This is why I Return to Kennedy Subaru for service on my car. I brought it there so they know the car. Plus I lease one from Kennedy.

I went to this Subaru for the first time since I moved to Philly. I'm completely unhappy with the work that was done. I've had my car for less than two years and only had my car serviced at Subaru. I looked under my hood after an oil change. My fluids weren't topped off.and there is oil all under the hood on my battery everywhere. Ridiculous. Will not be returning here again. They also charged me WAY more than my previous Subaru did.
