John Barone is a really great guy and very knowledgeable. I’ve bought 2 used cars from him, one was a Nissan that was super reliable and lasted me over 10 years. Recently I purchased a used Subaru that had some minor problems which was immediately addressed and John even got me a rental car. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a used vehicle! Thanks again for all your help!

Very pleased with my interactions online and by phone with sales (thank you Armen!) and manager. Their communication was speedy and informative and they clearly prioritize organization, efficiency, and great customer service. I ended up finding a different car but they couldn't have been nicer and they post quality photos and descriptions and answer questions fast. I hope the next time I am in the market for a used Volvo I can become a customer as I was very well taken care of without having made a purchase yet. Thank you!

Okay so what in the world is this? ! Is this even safe? ! I'm so disgusted with what I received in this I for one will never bring my kid here EVER for a first car. Also the image shown is the battery and what it's held by

I would never get a car through them if I were you. I put $5000 down and they ended up charging me outrageous fees and now that I have $3000 left and was going through some health problems I got 2 payments behind and they took my vehicle and told me I have to pay the 400 repo fee and storage at 25 a day plus the remaining balance on the car to get it back! That's what kind of dealership you will be dealing with. They will make you think you have a good car and good place to purchase from and right when you are about to pay it off they will sell it and leave you without transportation and they know I am a single parent of 2 and we all got COVID-19 and I ended up with some health problems from it and instead of working with me they took my car and made it impossible to get back! Don't ever go here you will regret it! I can't believe they did this to me after being a customer since 07/2020

John is great! He works with your budget and is honest and thorough. My entire family goes to John L Smith for our cars and we always drive away satisfied. His prices are fair and financing is quick and easy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I recently took in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata because it was acting strange. Some lights were on the dash that I knew were false, my doors wouldn't lock unless I locked them manually and the inside lights wouldn't come on at all. I had service look at it and they fixed the problem in adequate time. They even made sure I had a car to rent from them while they had mine. When I came back to get it everything I explained to them was taken care of. Great job!

I love this place! Owner and workers really care. This is my second vehicle from here. Service is great! They work with you on everything from financing, insurance, and loaner cars during repairs. They even have rentals if you need one. I have recommended them to at least 5 people who got cars there.

My husband and I recently bought a Ford Escape from here. The owner, John, is very friendly, personable, and helpful. The buying process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. We were also impressed that they offer a 3-month warranty to fix anything through their service department at a $50 deductible, so I took the car back today to get a couple things checked. Everyone was super kind and helpful, especially when it came to making the transfer from my car to the rental car smooth since I had my baby with me and had to switch over the car seat, etc. We highly recommend this dealership and will be buying from John again in the future!

Been taking my cars here for years, service is always friendly and the repairs are honest. Even for costly repairs, they are happy to explain what it is and why it needs to be done.

As always, John L Smith is a great business to work with. I bought my used Lexus from John a year ago and haven't had any problems. After buying my car from them, I decided to give their Service team a try. I called, Paul answered immediately, and scheduled me the next day for basic service and an oil change. So easy and quick! Everyone is always helpful, courteous and professional and has a smile on their face (even if they have a mask on you can tell). I would recommend them to anyone!

My daughters Christmas present was totaled in an accident with a deer only 2 days after she got it. John helped get her into a safer, more reliable car. He also helped us speed things along with the insurance company. The experience was pain free and I know I’ll be back when my son is ready for his first car.
