The women at the front desk are super rude. They act like you dont exist. Despite the fact I signed in and waited 20 mins. Just the have my name crossed out and ignored when I said I was present.

Can anyone please lmk if Dr. Andersen also deals with mental health? Basically I am trying to find a Dr to continue my mental health medication. I've never dealt with this office. His name was just on my insurance card as my PCP. If someone has this info I'd really appreciate it.thanks and merry x mas to all.

This use to be a very nice office. I was a patient for over 6 years here and today that ended. Due to the the front receptionist being very rude and saying racial slurs.

I have to be honest the lady behind the desk that takes all of the patient is always totally miserable!

I have been with Dr. Andersen since I was a toddler. I was almost diagnosed with Leukemia, but thank God he was on the hospital premises; it was something completely different! I have moved an hour away since, and at 33, I still make the drive to see him. He is very intelligent, personable, and doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience. He listens to your concerns. I wish all doctors were as brilliant as Dr. Andersen. Kelly also remembers me when I come in, and asks about life. I love going to this office. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Andersen is wonderfully old school, meaning that he cares about his patients and has a great bedside manner (which is what most doctors in this day and age lack!). He will go out of his way to see any patient without a medical appointment that needs to be seen.
In my opinion (as well as dozens and dozens of people that are his current patients), if any person or persons have anything negative to comment about Dr. John M. Andersen, it is due to the fact that they are mostly hooked on drugs and demand to get the prescription drugs from Dr. Andersen, who by professional judgement decides what is needed and warranted.

We love Dr Anderson, he's knowledge, listens to our concerns, and my children love him.

Dr. Andersen is short but to the point. However the woman at the front desk -Not Kelly because Kelly is wonderful- is an absolute nightmare. She should not be in the profession. We asked for my fathers blood work to be sent to a specialist two times. When my mother went into the office she said “just because they didn’t get it doesn’t mean we didn’t send it just so you know”. Then proceeded to print out lab results and just handed them over. UNPROFESSIONAL! If you can’t handle working in this profession, I suggest you find another one. I will find a way to file a complaint because you shouldn’t be working with people. Find some empathy.

To be honest i love the doctor but the heavy set nurse with the tattoo on her neck is completely ignorant as hell for NO reason at all! She disrepected my husband numerous times after he was courteous and had no idea what she was doing. We had papers faxed over that we even discussed and saw in person with doctor anderson and she blatantly called us liars and that no records exist. She said they don't preauths and YELLED at my husband to pay cash. She is clueless and ignorantand should not be working with people. I've worked customer service over ten years and never have i talked to anyone in such a manner. Just beware of that nurse!

Dr. Anderson is great when you can get into to see him. His nursing staff is another thing. Most of them seem like the either don't wanna do there job or don't kno how. And they can also can be very rude.
