It's a critical thing when you need a plumber. I called late in the day and they were not available, but they were there first thing the next morning and handled the problem quickly and professionally. I was pleased with the service and the price. I will call again if needed.

John Palma and Dave have done a lot of work for me in the past few years. You won't find another company better than this one. The best prices and the most honest people I've ever worked with. I also learned (too late as it was) that they work with another company to install A/C units, too. I wish I had known that because I would have saved a lot time, money, and frustration. They also are repairing the brand new furnace I had installed by another company in August 2022, which was not installed properly. The other company still has not returned my phone call and this is their product/installation that is supposed to be under warranty.

Called and they came out the same day. Dave the new owner fixed my problem in no time. Kind, courteous, and very knowledge at a fair price. Definetly my go-to plummer.

Came the same day to replace my water heater. Very kind and professional. Dave even told us about our high water pressure and came out the next week according to my work schedule and added a an overflow tank (? L to reduce the pressure. Highly recommend

We had an estimate done almost two months ago now. They came out, measured everything, and were super nice. I called a week later asking if there was an update on the estimate, they said not yet but it’s being worked on. Called 3 weeks after and they said they will ask if it’s finished. I believe I called one or two more times, still no real answer. It’s now been almost two months and still haven’t gotten a single call or message. Other companies in the area got back with a detailed estimate within 2 days. Save your time and money

I called Jonh's office for an estimate on a toilet piping repair involving old lead sewer piping, John came over within 30 min. He designed a repair plan, and set a price for the job with 15 min. I recommend John to anyone in full confidence for plumbing service.

David came to our home and fixed our furnace and put in a new thermostat. He told us what was wrong with the furnace and put in the thermostat that we had asked for. Great service, great guy and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Leaking kitchen sink was fixed within one day of calling. Extremely professional receptionist. Excellent communication when they would be arriving. Highly recommended and will use them again.
