10I am very pleased with the staff at John Ridella, DMD, PC. They are very nice, very understanding and very helpful.
This was my initial visit with Dr Ridella's team. Friendly reception staff. I was even asked what I was preferred to be called. The hygienist, Jamie was so nice and gentle. The environment was calm and positive. I met with the Dr Ridella only briefly, he examined also. New technology. I need a filling replaced and they got me in within 3 days. I'm glad I made him my choice.
They advertise they accept medicaid and medicare but that is false advertisement. Go elsewhere.
I had the best experience ever for my cleaning with Shannon. I was very satisfied. She was very thorough in going over my teeth and we had a nice conversation as well. The staff is very professional and smiles when you speak with them. And Dr. Ridella is excellent in his field.
Highly recommend this practice. Up to date equipment, clean, lovely staff. Dr. Ridella is a very gentle dentist, I can’t say enough about him and his stuff

Dr. Ridella did an amazing job fixing my front tooth (which was completely broken). I am so pleased with the results! And the staff are so nice and so kind which put me at ease, and something I really appreciated.

I broke a tooth on Tuesday night. My dentist had retired. Dr. Ridella squeezed me in Wed morning, gave me several options. I opted for the crown, I expected to be scheduled next week but he spent almost 2 hours drilling/grinding and placing the temporary crown right then and there. Did a great job. Just waiting for the permanent crown to come in now. I was well pleased.
