5They never pick up the phone, been calling for weeks on and off and they never pick up the phone. I have an hour drive to get there and whenever my prescription runs out I have to drive there to get a refill then drive back to get it! Horrible office experience
I've been coming here for a long, and I've never had any problems with the staff or the physicians. Just keep in mind that respect begins with how you treat others.
They never answer the phone. I have called three days in a row about 15 times a day and they never respond. Then once I do get a call back the women are extremely rude and try to make me feel stupid. They told me I had an appointment over the phone at a certain time then I waited a whole hour and still haven’t gotten a call back.
This place is horrible and will have you wait 1hr or longer for your scheduled appointment BUT if you are 10min late they make you reschedule. STOP OVERBOOKING PATIENTS.
But because it is so difficult to make an appointment, I have been leaving messages for three weeks and they never return or pick up the phone.
