A great experience start to finish. When I initially called, I was booked for the very next day. Xavier showed up on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. I was able to pay with a credit card and received a receipt in my email instantly. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. Thanks Xavier!

Two servicemen came out. They were courteous and efficient. They took care of my problem drain - which performs better now, although it still runs slower than I would like, but that would entail a much bigger and expensive job. They also performed a few additional adjustments above and beyond what was on the work statement. I would definitely use them again.

For the second time in a couple of years I needed plumbing service.
Day after Christmas, Called and by 10: 30 am I had Xavier (also for the second time) and he again was courteous, efficient and very helpful. Got me back up and running. Very thankful.

I called Friday morning for some issues with my stove. The receptionist informed me that they were booked for the day and couldn’t get someone out until Monday. About 30mins after the phone call, I get a call back from the receptionist that someone had cancelled and I could take their 10am slot that day. Their plumber came early, around 8: 30am, and had the issue resolved by 9am.

Great experience, fast service, professional appearance. In - out -done. Seamless. Will call them again.

Xavier was professional, kind, and detail-oriented. He unclogged a bathroom sink of ours effectively and left the bathroom clean after the work was done. He even arrived early! Great service.

I called a few reputable plumbers in the area including John Snyder. John Snyder was the only one that responded right away and set up a next day appointment for someone to come do a free assessment. Xavier came through and was kind, warm and respectful. I shared multiple concerns and Xavier thoroughly examined each to better understand the root issue. I felt very confident in his assessment and his recommendations for my next steps. I had such a fear in calling plumbers but that’s dashed now as I now have someone regular to turn to for all my plumbing issues going forward.

John & his company were amazing when we needed a new heater & water heater installed. They managed to squeeze in the work right before the brutal cold arrived and we are grateful for that. Everything has been working wonderfully so far. We highly recommend John Snyder!

Addendum:
Now my third time using them for a new issue. Had them snake the bathroom tub and sink and bleed the radiators. Easy to get an appointment, showed up early, and discussed pricing right away with clear note of the prices. Reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Work was done quickly and efficiently by Xavier who explained everything as he completed them. Very happy with their services once again!

Update:
Called a second time because I was so happy with the services the first time. This time had an issue with a burst pipe downstairs. Anthony was very helpful, quick to explain problem and the price was very reasonable. Also helped move outside faucet as it was under my deck, not working, and difficult to reach. They were quick to offer solution, again fairly priced. They did run late due to the job prior, but they did call to let me know. Will continue to use them for any further plumbing needs.

Called John Snyder Plumbing & Heating along with 3 other plumbing companies to get estimates for a toilet and garbage disposal installation. John Snyder was only company that offered to have someone come out to give a free estimate to help make sure pricing was accurate. They were also available the next day. Gave a 2 hour time window for arrival, had fair pricing compared to the other companies I spoke with, and got the job done efficiently. Xavier was kind, explained everything well, and worked quickly! Very grateful to find good work done at a reasonable price. Will definitely reach out to them again if I need any further work done.

Xavier was awesome to work with. He got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. My toilet is back to running properly.
