Food is hit or miss. Have some great food and some ok food. Very inconsistent. Employees are very nice, though.

I live in New York City. Wow, was I surprised to find quality New York City Pizza in Milford, PA but here it is and I keep coming back.

Pizza and service was outstanding! Try the Detroit pizza it is Great! Super nice folks and great to chat with and share your thoughts on the food. They enjoy your feedback

Very disappointed. I ordered the sicilian pie only to receive a pre made crust? ! Bad idea. What a shame.

We have been going to John’s since they opened. The food has always been fantastic! However over the last several months the quality and quantity of the food has severely gone down hill. Several of our orders they have gotten wrong. $20 salads that used to be packed with proteins and toppings are now all lettuce and minuscule toppings. Subs that used to be packed are now all bread. Today was the last straw we ordered two 12 inch inch pizzas for $36 and they didn’t get the order right and one was raw.
I hesitated to leave a review. Over the last several months I called them personally 4 times to let them know what was wrong and to ask them to do better, but the quality and quantity has not changed. The feedback fell on deaf ears. Every time they said they were sorry and said that they would correct it, but nothing changed. I know that times are difficult and prices are rising but if you’re going to charge people $40 for a pizza it should least be of good quality and cooked! Sorry to say that we will be going elsewhere for our food in the future.

We used to visit this place about once per year on our way through the area. They had great sit down service and Italian food. Service is down, prices are up.very sad

This is an excellent pizza place that I've ordered from several times. They also have a loyalty program that you can sign up for, which lets you keep track of your purchases and get discounts as you go.

They also have weekly specials to get pies at a real reasonable price. I recommend using these!

The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere inside is definitely nice for your typical pizza place. Outdoor seating is a nice touch for the warmer months.

John's is the best pizza in town. You receive great customer service from a wonderful and pleasant staff. The food is always delicious and always up to par.

Very yummy food! We got their menu in the mail and figured we would give it a shot. Pizza is nicely thin crust; but not too thin. The garlic knots have amazing flavor and homemade! It's not that big inside but it's definitely homey like with the fireplace. Definitely going to go back!

Good thin crust pie. They also make a Detroit pie which is good too. Good garlic knots. You can order online which makes it simple.

Food is good if you want to wait 2hrs for delivery and cold food! Then you call and they say new driver and the customer should understand 2hrs and cold. Joey's is way better.our last johns order.

Food was terrible. Garlic knots were burnt. Calzone over cooked and tasteless. Don’t know what happened the food used to be terrific before COVID.

This place us immaculate, everyone is soo welcoming & All his dishes & Pizza are the best! Must try the Detroit Style Pizza absolutely delicious.

So honestly best pizza place in Milford for delivery. Pizza has gotten so much better lately, it’s great! I order at least one time a week.

Some of the other appetizers and stuff could use some work but man the pizza has gotten really good lately, whatever you guys are doing for the pizza, keep it up!
