John's Pizza reviews
9We love Johns Pizza. Their Gluten Free is our favorite around here. BTW we drive from Gettysburg for Johns! About an hrs drive! They were so busy last nite we had a 40 min wait for our Pizza, but was worth it. Found out later it was Homecoming Weekend at the Schools. They all hussled and did a great job! We will be back!
Got their Super Italian sub for dinner tonight. Was absolutely spectacular! Half the sub was as full of meats and fixings as a whole sub at other local pizza places. Will definitely be back!
My husband and I just moved to the area and wanted a margarita pizza… this place was absolutely awful, the pizza was extremely soggy, doughy, not even cooked. It had little no basil on it, just really bad experience. Gross.
Went here to order a vegan pizza and we must of asked the staff 20 questions before ordering to make sure everything was safe to eat. They were so kind and accommodating and answered all of our questions. The pizza was delicious. The cheese melted nicely but sticks to your teeth a bit but I find that to be common with vegan mozzarella. The veggies were fresh and delicious on top. I will definitely be back!
Stopped in for lunch. Pizza sauce was more like a juice then a sauce, and the pizza slices were super thin. I've gotten better pizza from Weis markets, which isn't saying much. Maybe they offer better subs or stromboli? This is strictly just a review of their pizza.
This is such a chill spot to bring your family for a dinner. The staff is very very friendly and accommodating. The food is on point. Really like the spot.
They charged me $14.10 for a cheesesteak, fries and a drink. I would have been ok with that if it was good. But I had a genuine choking scare on the sheer amount of stretchy twine-like grissle that was in that meat. After powering through the first few bites just for the sake of the money I spent on it, I realized I just couldn’t do it and had to throw out more than half of the 12” sandwich. Perhaps it was a fluke, If so please screen the meat you deem serve able to customers more thoroughly. Its a pain in the neck to write reviews but I like this place enough to bring light to this in hopes that it was a one time thing and I don’t have write this place off altogether. Please. Give people their moneys worth.
The pizza was good and delivery was quick. The only disappointment was the mushrooms, they were almost nonexistent. I don’t know if they ran out of mushrooms or if this is typical but they were few and far between. I’m going to give them another shot, hopefully they are more generous with the mushrooms next time.
