Johnson Hall Coffee House reviews
19Nice spot to go to for drinks. Love their coffee. Kinda wish the ice cups weren't so flimsy. Prices are great and place is clean. It's always crowded which means they are doing something right.
The coffee here is very good. The indoors are very nice too. Parking is limited, not very easy.
Perfect place for a quick coffee break. Service is really nice and fast. Everyone is smiling and friendly. Caprese panini is my favorite.
This is an adorable and historic shop that has great coffee. Not only that, but I split a panini with my son and it was delicious! Looking forward to visiting again.
So bomb that I took no pictures of my food or coffee because both were absolutely stunning. I got the Monte Cristo crepe and I already can't wait to go back and get it again. I also got the signature peppermint coffee which was fantastic and fitting for the season. It got a little crowded but people were moving in and out fairly regularly, plus they also have a large table for groups to sit at which is where we sat and ended up meeting some really cool people while enjoying our coffee. There's a parking lot and plenty of street parking. Make sure you check out the super cool small business!
I have been going there for the last few months on weekend. The staff is always friendly. I had a nitro cold brew for the 1st time, recommend by a staff member. I don't know if I will ever get anything different there.
Nice place to visit for a coffee and a bite to eat but the prices are a little high and parking is ridiculous. There's literally nowhere to park except for maybe six spots. Oh yea. Back side of the building that shares with at least five other places.
Found this wonderful shop a week ago and I have come back 3 more times since then. I have had multiple types of drinks and they were all delicious. The caprese sandwich is honestly perfect. Waffles are a must have, I’m hooked on this place. The only place I want to have breakfast, plus the staff is beyond wonderful.
Wow! By far one of the best coffee houses I have been to in a long time! Had the raspberry white chocolate mocha and Nutella and banana crepe- so many calories but soooo worth it! Definitely will be back!
Cute place heard some good things about it so Kris and I stopped in for Breakfast. Waffles were good. But the coffee was not hot and the cups and lids suck. I picked up my coffee cup to put the creamer etc.and the lid came off the cup spilling half the coffee on the counter and floor. Thought that I would be offered a refill but. Nope! I would hope they get more sturdy cups. Afterwards sitting outside and noticed 3 other people come in with their own insulated coffee cups. I guess they already new about the flimsy cups. But overall it was nice.
Updated review. The berries and cream waffle is probably the best waffle I've ever had.
The vibes are immaculate here. The crepes are delicious (berries and cream is crazy good) The portions are always more than enough. The prices are reasonable. The drinks are tasty. The music is always good. The only complaint I have is I wish they were open later than 3 pm.
Blueberry cobbler latte iced is AMAZING. Also literally the nicest baristas ever. I stopped by passing through town, and I will be coming back.
I have been here twice, and I had a turkey croissant sandwich each time. One plain, the other with the cranberry mustard. It's absolutely delicious either way. The croissants are genuine. It took me back to NYC. There was a French bakery. I always brought croissants there. So try these they are the real thing. I also had an almond croissant, so good. You absolutely must have the Blueberry Cobbler iced coffee. You will get a splash of blueberries in your mouth. This is a taste you will want to repeat. The service is also great.
I come here often and love the food/ drinks, it’s my favorite to get chai. But today, my experience was unlike any other time I’ve been here. The girl who took my order was extremely rude to me, got my order wrong and then basically threw my drink at me without a lid. She was obviously having a bad day, so I tried to de-escalate the situation by apologizing and just asking for a lid, which she replied with “NO. ”. I broke down in tears right there! She was so mean and rude to me for absolutely no reason, it was awful! Luckily the other girl working up front was very kind to me and offered a refund on my order. I’ve never experienced anything like this here before, and it caught me way off guard. The girl who spoke to me that way deserves to be fired, her name is Alyssa. Otherwise I love this place.
Very cool, trendy little place with great service! I tried the Ice Cream/Carmel Crepe.woooow!
Stopped into this adorable coffee shop for an iced matcha latte, it was great. The place is adorable and smelled delicious, even though I didn't eat. The locals obviously know this is the place to be because it was packed!
Decent little coffee shop with La Colombe tap! Wish there were a few more breakfast sandwich options, but the ham and egg on a croissant was decent with added tomato.
A chic little coffee house that boasts a modest but high quality menu of food and drinks. They have some excellent crepes and tarts, along with delicious sandwiches if you're more in the mood for savoury (and a Monte Cristo-style crepe if you're feeling a lil bit of both!)
I also love that they support their local artists by allowing them to display and sell their artwork.
