A great place to get food and if you like filipino style things to eat then this is for you. Its very cool looking building with a drivethru and easy to want to order everything on the menu. They have good mango pies and chicken joy is the best to eat.

I just left the jolibee on cottman Ave. I’ve placed an order to go at 4: 44 and I am now just receiving my food. I notice the folks that order after me has gotten there's. When I asked when of the worker the young man very polite told me he had to print out my order. I was extremely disappointed where I had to wait nearly an hr for my order to be finished. It started to crowded. People were leaving and others waited long for their food. The food is delicious just the workers need to speak up louder when announcing customers orders. We cannot hear if our order is ready. Management need to f resolve the issue

Waited an hour for food just to find out they lost our food ticket and totally forgot abt our order.don’t come here if u dont want ur time wasted

So overhyped! The chicken was bland. Like no salt, no pepper, no nothing. The fries were old & cold. The mashed potatoes tasted like box potatoes. That’s $42 I’ll never get back.

I'm my humble opinion. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. I like the chicken gravy combination. I don't like they only sell dark meat. And it's pretty pricey for fried chicken and spaghetti. 6 piece with gravy 17.00

I have been in the food service industry for a lot of years i usually go to the reviews because believe or not we actually listen based of negative reviews if am eating there with me family or not and am sorry to inform you that my family will not be eating at your fast food restaurant if I want a bad experience I can stay at Popeyes

There are at least two Jollibee in NY, one in American Dream Mall and one in Philly that I have been to. Due to being far, I could only order it once in a while and really bad traffic where people can't drive properly. (From Harleysville)

Easy to order from the website for pickup
The chicken may be pricey but spicy chicken and their pineapple refreshers are so good.
You can reheat the leftover chicken in the air fryer or oven for the crispy skin.

Have this over Popeyes and kfc saltiness. The family value buckets with sides or desserts are bang for your bucks if you can eat $30 of 10 chicken drums/breast large pieces

Reason for losing the star:

The parking lot is fine but depending on the day or evening, they block off the drive-through since it was not busy in the afternoon during the week (lunchtime). As 3 pm rolls around, the sign/large blocking fence that they put up, was blocking the handicapped entrance to the sidewalk. I had a hard time getting rolling in with my wheelchair since I fractured my ankle. (Monday, March 27th, 2023 @ 5: 10 pm)

The filipino food is delicious as usual. No line, little wait time for the food, clean and staff is very courteous. But for a fast food restaurant it rather expensive for a family of four costing between $55 to $70. That is the only caveat.

As of now I’ve had enough of their poor quality of food and the overall customer service. It is not busy anymore and then employees does not even want to be there for their role.
I received my order completely wrong and on top of that, I had to wait for it to cook additionally. Whomever wants to be on that intercom, please take over. I’m trying to eat what I ordered and be happy I ordered here. After today, I’m really not coming back. Get it together.
Take the review as how you want, hopefully someone with the right set of mind ensures the original quality of service and culture this brand had. Very disappointed.

I’ve had Chickenjoy Jollibee in the Philippines and just had to try to US version. It’s definitely much much spicier in the Philippines. US version doesn’t have the rush of heat that the Philippines version delivers.

Adobo rice is where it’s at though

Restaurant is clean the line moves quickly, and the staff is polite and well trained.
2 things did disappoint me. No Aloha Burger that is why I made it a point to go to Jollibee. My wife is from the Philippines and I thought that would have been a nice surprise for her.
The second disappointment was how small the hamburgers were. I thought I was eating childs burger.
Bigger burgers and add the Aloha Burger and I'll be back until than I 'll go elsewhere.

Nice people! Good looking statues. Plenty of parking. Close proximity to the mall. Roosevelt Blvd is nearby!

The food is trash.

Horrible services, waited over 20 mins for takeout with only 2 customers before me, end up getting a refund make no sense you have your guests waiting while you chat around with coworkers instead of getting your customers in and out. Manager on duty didn't seem to care about customers complaints. If zero star was possible it be that.

Not that flavorful with the burgers, too much condiments added without asking for it. I wanted lettuce but was filled with mayo and I didn’t ask for it.
I’m not happy about the ‘guideline’ with ordering. Bottom line, I don’t want fast food noodles period! Some food can’t be made to be ‘fast food’ and this chain is one of them. Will not be back

Their fried chicken is very good. Very crispy, juicy and tender chicken. Sometimes it could be a bit too salty though. IMO, the pineapple drink tastes like watered down canned pineapple juice. But, love their Peach-Mango and Coconut-Peach pies. Also, at certain times, the wait time could be quite long (30-45mins).

Food was Jolliawesome! Drove more than 2 hours for a subpar service. Opened an hour late, more than 25 minutes wait, no spaghetti, no palabok and no straws. I hope this was an isolated incident. Red Ribbon saved the day with their Arroz caldo and palabok.
