I’ve been trying to learn to play guitar on and off for 45 years, using the local community colleges, online websites, and the occasional brief stint with a personal instructor— without much success. After enrolling in personal lessons with Jon Aaron Martin at his studio for the past year, my play has improved dramatically, and I’ve learned many times over what I picked up over those previous 45 years. I am a life long musician, a career in the Marine Band. Jon Aaron is by far the best music teacher I’ve ever been associate with. He knows his students, and knows how to help them succeed. I had a goal, having never played guitar, to play on my worship team at church, and met that goal comfortably in 9 months.
