Dr. Pontell and his staff were so nice and fantastic from start to finish. From our first virtual consultation to the finished product of my rhinoplasty. I am only 2 months out from my operation and it has truly helped me with confidence and breathing! The best part is my nose doesn’t look like I got a “nose job” it is so natural, proportionate and flattering! I couldn’t have gotten better results if I tried!

I just had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Pontell 3 weeks ago and I am SO happy with the results. Dr. Pontell was thorough during the initial consult and answered all my questions to make me feel comfortable. The recovery process was so much better than I anticipated! I had very minimal pain and was able to breathe through my nose the whole time (game changer). Dr. Pontell gave me the nose I had always envisioned and I would recommend him 10 times over.

After doing a lot of research I went to Dr. Pontell for my septorhinoplasty procedure. I had trouble breathing on one side and had a narrow nasal passage. I felt very comfortable going into the procedure and felt trust in Dr. Pontell. The surgery went very smoothly, bruising and swelling was very minimal and overall recovery was a lot easier than I was expecting. It is now almost a month after surgery and my breathing improves everyday and is way better than before. My nose looks exactly like the computer imaging he produced at the consultation and I could not be happier! It looks and feels amazing!

Very professional, great result on my rhinoplasty. I expected a lot more pain in the recovery process, but honestly I really had none. I got the exact result that he showed me in my initial consultation imaging. I would recommend Dr. Pontell.

I researched reputable plastic surgeons throughout the Philadelphia and southeast before deciding on Dr. Pontell. His reviews were outstanding and the consult was professional and gave me great comfort. My son was scheduled for a rhinoplasty in short order and we were given 3 different surgical centers to choose from. My son had a significant dorsal hump as well as damage to the tip of the nose and a deviated septum. He is so happy and confident with the final product. His confidence has already improved only 3 weeks out from surgery and I get to see him smile a lot more! This mom couldnt be happier with Dr. Pontell's skill and artistry.

Dr. Pontell is great at what he does! He is very honest and personable. My mom was very hesitant about my rhinoplasty surgery until she met him. Surgery went great. Healing went much better than I expected. Overall I cannot express how thankful and happy I am!

I had a rhinoplasty completed by Dr. Pontell. The results are fantastic! We had a consultation that included computer imaging which were very similar to the results. The procedure itself went quickly and very smoothly. The recovery was not very pain and was more like having a cold. I would highly recommend!

Surgery recoup was longer than I personally anticipated but I wholeheartedly would do it again. My surgery consisted of removal of bags under eye, eyebrow lift and mini face lift. I have received many compliments about how good I look though it is not obvious to people that I had surgery.

I had a rhinoplasty procedure done by Dr Pontell and everything went amazing. This experience was better than I expected. Dr Pontell is an amazing surgeon and Doctor. He answered all of my question and was always available after my surgery to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Overall, very positive experience with Dr. Pontell. Had rhinoplasty and chin implant done and am 2wks post op and am very pleased with the results so far. Doctor's work is very neat, clean, and very well done. The only thing I would have hoped more for is communication in the pre op portion right before surgery and more details around what to expect and how surgery went.

Rhinoplasty, the staff and Doctor were absolutely wonderful and friendly. I had a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this doctor and staff.

First, the office and treatment rooms are very sterile. Second, the support staff are very helpful and patient. Dr. Pontell is a perfectionist. I had laser on my eyes and excision on my ear, and he kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way. I took a couple breaks during thr laser, and he was fine with that. I am already getting compliments on my eyes, and I am thrilled. I would only recommend Dr. Pontell to others who are looking to have work done, and I will be back myself.

Dr. Pontell is an excellent listener. He makes suggestions on care and procedures but is not pushy. Staff are professional. My healing after surgery took longer than I expected and I wish I had had post-op care that was offered.

Dr. Pontell was very patient and understanding in listening to my concerns, and then exceeded my expectations with my results. The healing process was easier than expected and my procedures were barely noticed by others, except for very positive comments about a more youthful appearance.

I received a Rhinoplasty from Dr. Pontell and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I have wanted this procedure for so long and am very glad that I found Dr. Pontell to perform the surgery. I had a mini-facelift with local anesthesia. The experience was much easier than I thought it would be. I was most concerned about the pain associated with the numbing injections, but it really was not that bad. Both Dr. Pontell and Kat were fantastic, relaxed and chatty during the procedure which kept me calm.

Excellent. My experience from my first consultation/surgery and follow up appointments were very positive. I am extremely pleased with the results of the surgery (upper eyelid and mini face lift). I wish I had not procrastinated as long as I did before making the first consultation.
