I've recently had the privilege of purchasing not one, but two cars from Jonathan's Auto Outlet and could not be more happy with my 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse and my 2004 Mazda RX-8. The two cars have a combined mileage of less than 100,000 miles and that is why I love Jonathan's inventory. The cars on his lot have had a pampered life, and are to be found at no other dealership. After purchasing the first car and being treated as if I was a part of the family, it was a no brainer that when the need for a second car arose there was no going anywhere else. My Daughter and I went Jonathan to look for my Daughter's first car. I wanted something safe and someone knowledgeable about cars and the industry. I have to say Jonathan exceeded my expectations. Very fair pricing and large selection of cars to choose from. I also like that he is able to do on site repair/service for the vehicles he sells. Car we got was in great shape.

I bought a camaro converatible about 4 years ago from Jonathan's Auto Outlet, only put 15,000 miles on it. The car had 100,000 miles on it when i bought it. So driving to work a few weeks back the head gasket blew and radiator was bad. Cost to repair was about $3,100 from a local auto place near me. So I decided that I mine as well have a new engine and new radiator put in the camaro. The car itself still looks great and having a new engine and other repairs will pretty much be like having a new car. So I called Jonathan since that is where I originally bought the car from and was willing to see if they could put in and install a new engine and radiator. I also got a quote from another auto place near me in jersey. I had to keep chasing Jonathan for a quote and wasn't hearing back from him. After the third time when I followed up with him he promised he would get me a quote and never did. Therefore, I'm getting the new engine and radiator done at a local auto place near me in New Jersey. Basically what I'm conveying is Jonathan is not reliable and I was very dissapointed in the lack of feedback and communication.

Purchased a great LOOKING Cadillac Escalade from this dealer in April 2019. Promised to fix the folding mirrors when I purchased the vehicle & never fixed them. Caddy had a cylinder issue less than 6 months after the purchase that cost $4000 to repair. Spark plugs on two cylinders burned to a crisp. Buyer beware! Zero star rating & I wouldn't refer this dealer to an enemy.

The worse experience I have ever had, Very disrespectful, the Owner was very rude and dishonest.

I was on my way to buy a truck from this guy we agreed on a price and he knew I was coming Friday! I messaged him first thing friday morning saying I was on my way to pick the truck up my drive was 3 hours away then he marked it sold while I was 20 minutes away.then blamed it on he didn't see the message.

John is very nice, friendly and accommodating. He is thorough and is very knowledgeable. I went to get my car inspected and I was done in a decent time and in line. John is the number one place to be for all car needs.

I live in Philadelphia and drove here with my wife to see about a truck. Test drove the car loved the car only issue is if you haggle a lower price they do not want to give you a warrant, not even a 30 day warranty. All cars are as is.
Unless you pay extra for a warranty. I personally would not trust a used car dealerships that do not guarantee their work for at least 30 days but want to charge you 200 dollars for a 90 warranty. Very disappointed. Buyer beware

So far so good. I purchased a 2001 Mercury with 50,000 miles. I dealt with Jonathan and his sister. It’s a family owned company since the 70’s. I’m a business owner myself and my company has been around since the 70’s as well. They treated me with respect and answered any questions I had. The car needed tires they put them on no extra cost on the sale price. The check engine light was on they got the part and still it didn’t change my sale price. In my personal opinion and all my years in business they where upfront and honest with me and that’s why I’m leaving my 5 star review.
