Jones Burgers N Shakes (open summers!), Mercer PA

Great place to explore various Ice cream flavors. Serves food. A little pricey. Staff are always friendly.

Although a bit overwhelming at first glance with a great and lengthy menu, Jones's is still a quality stop with some good food and portions to boot.

So good! Hundreds of milkshake options. It's a love/hate that I have to drive past here everyday for work!

So many milkshake choices you'll have a hard time trying them all. From common vanilla to Buffalo chicken you'll be surprised at what you'll find.

The service here is terrible. My elderly, grandfather didn't hear them when they asked him to read the screen and see if the order was correct. Our order was totally wrong, and they were rude and uppity to me when I politely tried to explain what happened. It seems like it should be more on the person who is taking the order to get it correct. Or at least, give a person a break especially when they have been a loyal customer for years.

The absolute best place for milkshakes. With over 300 varieties to choose from, there is definitely something for everyone!

We have lived in four different states around the country.and this place is by a huge margin my FAVORITE ice cream/shake/malt shop of anywhere we've lived so far. Yup.this little place in Mercer, PA!

Our family has enjoyed Jones ice cream since they opened. It's a cute little place off route 62 between Mercer and Hermitage. Their recent upgrades to the building and patio are great and the menu will not disappoint! They get crazy busy so be kind and patient as Jones is a family friendly environment. My daughter just started her first job there and has made friends and has had a great "first job" experience with the staff and the owner. So stop in, spin the wheel, try something crazy like a dill pickle shake and enjoy!

This place is amazing, the milk shakes are pretty much liquid versions of the food they are made after. Soooo many choices, you'll love it!

First visit there and though they are closing for the season, will look forward to next summer. What a selection of shakes! Small cones are huge. All was yummy!

I have a peanut and tree nut allergy and they were completely unable to give me an answer as to whether I could have their food or their ice cream. I don’t blame the staff, but for such a busy place, management needs to have training on how to deal with food allergies, whether it’s a yes or a no. Am unsure yes could kill someone.

Huge selection of choices for different shake flavors and combinations. Definitely will be going back many times next season to try the many options.

The best place for ice cream! The team is so nice and the menu is so long you’ll definitely find something you like. Their food is also amazing I’ve never had a bad experience here even when they have lines almost to the road they make customer service their #1 priority

Milk shakes weren't as good as the hype. The strawberry pretzel salad shake had not real strawberries in it, just the fake syrup & medicinal taste.

Their shakes are awesome, but avoid their food. I have given it two separate tries and both times it has been undercooked, soggy, or just not good. It is food poisoning waiting to happen.
In my most recent visit I did not enjoy anything from my order. The fries I was given were very undercooked. I don't normally return food, but I paid so dang much for them and they still had an uncooked potato texture! Like they had been pre cooked, but never cooked for serving. They did replace them, but they just cooked the second ones longer. I think the issue lies in the method chosen for cooking their fries, as they just were not good even after cooking new ones longer.
My fiance had taco fries and not only were they undercooked, but the taco mix seemed like a week old taco salad. Everything in the mix was very soggy, like it had been scooped out of a tub.
As far as order accuracy, I ordered a burger, I did confirm my order and I double checked that it would have all the normal toppings (which I assumed that that ment normal everything burger toppings) but instead I was given a burger with ketchup an absurd amount of mustard and one pickle slice. My fiance had a veggie burger also with a crazy amount of mustard.

Aside from their food their shakes are very good and I have never been disappointed in them. That is their main focus after all. Just for the price of the food I would assume it is good. Not the case, save your money and avoid the food.

I highly recommend going here. If you do go make sure to get the Strawberry Pretzel Salad shake!

This was the first time there.came very highly recommended and did not disappoint.the ladies there were very efficient.will definitely be back
