Recently bought a new Pilot from Jones and a CRV last year. Jaedin was a phenomenal sales resource both times. Took the time to talk to us and figure out what we wanted. Also personally delivered the CRV to our daughter in Philadelphia. Highly recommend him and Jones

Bought a car twice from Jones Honda as i unfortunately got in an accident with my first your car that I’ve gotten from Jones Honda. Both times I worked with Tom Myers who was amazing. He worked not only with me, but for me, and was able to get me my HR-V at a great cost. Many other dealerships in this area were up selling HRV’s, but not Jones Honda. Thank you, Jones Honda, for a great car buying experience! It is our best, so far! Our sales associate, Jaedin Perez, was the most knowledgeable and respectful young man my wife and i have met in a long time. This is our first Hybrid vehicle and we had a lot to learn about the technology. Jaedin was so patient and kind in answering our many questions over multiple visits in the process of purchasing this vehicle. He went beyond showing me how the car operates, including the dash touchscreen, but he coached me through how to operate the dashboard touch screen menu myself, and the same with operating the Hybrid and Sport options. Jaedin talked me through how to program the dash touch screen for options I did not know we had available, including many I had on our other Honda vehicle but did know about. (Our previous Honda dealership and staff in another state never had taken the time to personally show us how to operate the high-tech touch screen features the way Jaedin offered to do and then spent the time to do with us. He was awesome!)

Now that we have owned and operated this Hybrid SUV for a few weeks, we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase of this certified used vehicle from Jones Honda. Jaedin also offered to answer more questions in the future, if necessary, and we will take him up on his offer when we return for routine maintenance on this vehicle. My wife and I agree that Jaedin Perez is the best car sales associate we have had over 30 years of buying cars. I could not be more pleased with our car buying experience and purchase from Jones Honda and Jaedin Perez.

Usually when you walk into a dealership, there’s a lot of pressuring and convincing into getting a vehicle. That wasn’t the deal when I came here. I went over to look at the Honda Ridgeline and Tom Myers gave me all the necessary information and gave me enough space and time to think about it. Extremely professional and easy-going. I was in the market for a new Ridgeline. Jones Honda made a deal that I couldn’t say no to. Love my new Ridgeline! The truck came with HPD logo on the sides of the bed, worked worth Jaedin to have the logos removed. Fantastic job. Would never know they were there!

This car dealership is the best, no pressure and Brian Foye does everything humanly possible to enable you to afford a new car. Jonathan Fodor was a great salesman with all the knowledge regarding the new features if the car. He has even asked me to come back in a week or two to explain how other things work with the car. I have used Jones Honda since I moved to Lancaster 15 years ago. They have the best of the best from sales, maintenance and body shop. I will never go anywhere else when purchasing a car and recommend them to all my friends.

Tom Myers was very professional, caring and knowledge (the type of guy that loves thumbing thru the owner’s manual - haha). Tom created a welcoming and comfortable experience for my purchase of the 2023 CRV hybrid. I recommend you call Tom today!

I stopped in there to take a look at the new Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. The salesman knew practically nothing about it and had to refer to the pamphlet they give to customers to answer my questions. When asked to take a test drive, I was told to come back Saturday as it was 7: 45pm and they close at 8pm. I then left my contact information and asked for a quote. I never received a follow-up call or email with the quote. The next week I visited a different Honda dealership and bought the car. Come on guys! I came in there wanting to buy a car and was chased away!

Experienced an engine issue with our Odyssey Touring (bought from Jones). From the initial phone call to figure the warranty and associated covered rental car (wife and I paid for an upgrade…a gripe with have with the warranty company, NOT Jones), to dropping off the van for repair: fantastic experience. Great communication throughout. To save a long, slightly complicated story, found out when I picked up the van that Phil (our agent at Jones’ service department), went to bat for us and successfully got the repair covered by warranty when the warranty company incorrectly did not want to cover it. Shout to Phil from Services (and Brady from the Sales side through whom we worked with to purchase the van: also great communication throughout).

I recently bought a "new to me" Honda Accord at this dealership in their used car department. Braly Del Rosario was my salesman and did an excellent job throughout the buying process. From test driving several cars I was interested in, to transferring my insurance and my XM radio subscription everything was done in a timely manner without a hitch. I have utilized Jones Honda service department for my former Honds Accord for the last 12 years and received the same professional treatment in buying a used card at this dealership.

Tom was great as always. He listened to my needs and worked with my budget! As long as he’s there I will keep getting my vehicles from Jones Honda. Great people!

I just traded my car in here a couple weeks ago and with no problems at all. Excellent service from everyone here but especially braly! He was very kind and helpful the whole time with any questions or requests. Definitely recommended him.

The folks at Jones Honda work diligently to win your business. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I was impressed with the interaction with Jeff Miller from the very beginning. When the deal was done, Jeff showed me how to Configure the car to my preferences. His knowledge of the vehicle made the experience pleasurable. I recommend Jones Honda and in particular, Jeff Miller for any new car buying needs.

Brought a car from carvana here to be serviced so I can get my warranty to fix any problem it went in with no check engine light I paid over 200 for the first service n inspection then I left n not 15 minutes later my check engine light came on I contacted Honda again because the light wasn’t on previously n they are now charging me to put my car back together after they took it apart to locate whatever problem occurred when it was in their care … honestly won’t change review because I think they should have diagnosed this new issue for free since the check engine light wasn’t on previously… honestly lets see how it’s going to go from here

Went in for a service inspection, came out with a list of recommended repairs. Failed inspection because of brakes leaking and pads were barely passing. This was a complete lie, the brakes have never leaked and the pads were almost brand new. Avoid the service center here, they will try to sell you stuff you don't need. I lost all faith in this dealership and will be reporting this to the PA DMV.

UPDATE:
After receiving a refund I promised to update my review. I went to a small mechanic in Lancaster and he saw no problems with anything and the car passed without question. Funny how the brakes did not need to be replaced.

2nd UPDATE:
Since their response below makes me seem like I'm a liar and they won't own up to being wrong, let me clarify all the points that my mechanic made. There was no leak in the cylinder boot and no brake cylinder leak to be found. Brake measurement was a 4 which as my mechanic said "will last another couple of years. " Lastly, I promised to update my review once I was refunded, not take this down. I'm not going to sell my integrity for a refund. So thanks Jones Honda, for once again proving why me and everyone else should avoid you at all costs.
