We had the best experience at the Jos Banks store in North Wales. Our salesman was Anthony and he was excellent. He took his time with us, went out of his way to locate the suit that we wanted and marked the alterations perfectly. We received the best customer service from him and even though there is another Jos Banks store closer to our home, we will definitely drive the extra distance to the North Wales store and request Anthony again for all future purchases.

Jackie was very nice and extremely helpful. I needed a complicated exchange done, where the new item was being mailed to Chicago and she handled it like a pro!
