I never had been to Jos A Bank before. Walked in and got Jennifer. Extremely professional and clearly cares about what she does. Guided me to my new favorite jacket and a sweater which fits perfectly. Even gave me good ideas for how to build on what I got. The entire trip was quick and effective. A perfect experience.

Went in with my Fiancé to begin the process of getting ideas for his wedding attire. Jen helped us from the moment we walked in! She let me show her pictures of my ideas and she ran with it. Within minutes she had grabbed the best jacket and pants combo for my idea and continued to build with belts, shoes, and ties. While my Fiancé changed she asked for wedding inspo photos and even asked to see my dress for reference. We were there for no more than an hour and had found the best choices for our vision. Her customer service was phenomenal. She made great side conversation and helped us tremendously! We left happy, with savings, and a game plan to get the rest of the party what they needed.

1st time shopping here. Monica waited on me and she was exceptional.she helped pick out pants, shirt and a tie I'd give her 10 stars if I could

We went here to purchase groomsman outfits for our wedding. The service was impeccable and the staff was very attentive to our requests. Angelo was fantastic!

Was in there yesterday and today. Christian was phenomenal. He helped me with everything I could of wanted and was extremely knowledgeable in every question I asked. The only thing I needed altered were the pants and they had them ready for me by opening of next business day. 10/10 will definitely shop here with Christian again.

Called looking for a big and tall suit (I’m 6’6”). Was told come in and they have lots to chose from. Made a 30 minute trip and when I got there they said their version of big and tall was still regular size. Sales rep tried to tell me that the suit would fit. It came to my forearms. Wasted my time

Expert service. A wonderful place to go for a suit, especially if you are new to the suit purchasing portion of men clothes. They will guide you all the way from price to style, that is right for you.

Shirts were shoddy quality, pants tailored too short, jacket tore along the seam. Quality doesn’t exist at this chain. Bought my son a suit and it was horrible. Didn’t fit anywhere. And this was tailored

I had a great experience here. I usually shop at another men's store, similar to Jos. A. Bank, however I have to say that my shopping experience here has made me a customer! The sales clerk was extremely helpful. She had a great eye for color and matching suits, shirts and ties. The alterations were done within the promised time frame and they were done perfectly.

I had quite the opposite experience after reading the reviews. I spoke with 4 separate representatives and they all were very willing to help as much as possible. Maybe they changed staff, because the employees I met are friendly.

Went here to purchase a suit for my friends wedding. The process was simple and easy.the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me fit perfectly into my suit.

Staff was very pretentious and rude, didnt know their own products or availability. Everything is over priced for the quality. You'd be better at JC Penney.

Staff had a poor understanding. When I got the suits back the tailoring was so poor the sleeves were different lengths.

The people in this store are all snobs and do not care about customer service. No one would make eye contact much less ask if I needed help

Absolutely terrible service! Waited forever for someone to help me. They told me they didn't carry an item even though it was clearly on their website. They actually told me I should go to Brooks Brothers. Good advice, don't go here

Bought a tux and they were reluctant to tailor it (hard tapper) even though they assured they could before which prompted me to purchase it.

Instead of tailoring, they simply suggested going into bigger sizes and just doing the hemmings. It was safe to say the bigger sizes were too big. To top it all off because I didn't want to do it his way the salesman told me not waste his time as there is more commission for him to make on the floor. I understand wanting to make commission as I have worked in sales, but don't tell a customer that especially one that is already paying for your services. Needless to say I returned the tux and I would highly suggest to go anywhere else.

This store hekpwd me get out quickly and easily, and I appreciate there assistance in all tuxedo rental matters.

At first they were good the first time there spent $2000.00 Angelo was helpful and the tailor came out AND FITTED ME PERFECTLY. Next time out spent $1100.00 Joel sold me sport jackets that did not fit right so I took them back when I went to pick up the slacks here they were too long the travelers crease that was paid for was not on the slacks. Waited 4 months to finally get the clothe back.

Poor service. They don't call when your order is ready, and when you do pick it up the alterations are nowhere near accurate. GO ELSEWHERE!
