Came in and looked at a pair of shoes with my daughter. They didn’t have her size so we had to order them. We were assured multiple times that it’s an easy process to have shoes mailed to our house. After waiting a week for her shoes to show up we were informed the order was cancelled. Not only did they cancel the order they won’t refund me my $80 back to the card so I can go buy her school shoes. They said it will have to come in a check which will take about a month. So my daughter doesn’t have school shoes and now we have to wait a month for the $80 I already spent. I understand the salespeople are paid commission and really want to push the “sale” but I will never be shopping here again.
