No business ethics, made a big mistake cause me more money out of my pocket. They were not willing to correct their problem and ignoring my concerns! Very bad business

Not honest people, fixed my car to make more problems and I asked them to fix their error very nicely, they responded once and said they need to see it. I responded! Ok what day and time is best? Now they're ignoring me!
