When we sold the house she explained the market conditions and what they meant for us, advised us on staging, and brought in a wonderful photographer. When it was time to list the house she suggested that we set a price that would draw in multiple segments of home buyers. With her guidance our house sold after the first day of viewings for a significant profit.
