We couldn't be happier. They were friendly and easy to deal with. They even set up early so that the kids could enjoy it longer. We will definately be using them for future parties.

I would give Jumpers by Jay a 10 star review if I could! Their customer service was EXCELLENT. This is the 2nd year in a row we ordered an awesome, HUGE Bounce House from them for our annual family get together. The Connect Four was an added bonus. Steve and John set everything up for us and they were very polite and professional. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks guys. We’ll hopefully see you again next year.

Jumpers By Jay has the best inflatables in the area by far! The staff is extremely friendly, responsive and professional. The quality of the inflatables were incredible offering a huge amount of unique items, in fantastic condition. We rent inflatables multiple times a year and will look no further than Jumpers By Jay for future party rentals.

Jumpers By Jay is freaking awesome! We rented the five and one Castle jumper. The jumper was in perfect condition and CLEAN! They set up the morning of our party and it was done quickly. This is the second year we used them and as long as we have a party we will use them again. The crew is super nice and friendly. I would recommend Jumpers by Jay for your outdoor party if you have the space. It definitely keeps the kids occupied all day!

We just had a WONDERFUL experience with Jumpers by Jay. The Warrior Run inflatable, basketball inflatable and the giant connect 4 were awesome! The set up/clean up crew was friendly and accommodating, timely, and very polite. The inflatables and games were in great condition and clean. Would def recommend this company to anyone looking for something fun to add to an event!

We used the company for an end of season party for high school kids. Some going off to college in the fall, we wanted them to enjoy themselves and this was hands down the best experience we could wish for. Very courteous, helpful staff and many options to choose from. The Tamaqua Elementary PTO booked the Adrenaline Rush II bounce house for Fun Day for students in grades 3-5 and it was amazing! Steve from Jumpers by Jay had everything up and running before the school day even started. He was very easy to contact and communicate with and made sure that everything was all set for our event. The bounce house was HUGE and the kids (about 350 of them) had such a great time. We will absolutely use this business again in the future!
