We were relieved to learn they recycle as much as possible with their environmental approach; they were also extremely affordable. And on the collection day, Stephanie and Mike were flexible, prompt, super nice, and generous - even returning to get a big item I accidentally left off the pick-up list (and they wouldn't accept extra payment for that return trip, even though it was my mistake).
