They were extremely late, BUT, don't hold it against them they did a darn good job and the price was extremely reasonable. I use them all the time for my job sites and they always get every last piece of junk and them some. Don't forget to tip your workers!

My kid’s father met them at my old home, and they had two truck loads done in an hour and a half! I appreciate them calling to ask if they can come early, which worked better for us. Thank you!

We had used Junk King a number of years ago and retained their business card for future service. I scheduled this morning and they were able to do same day service. Very nice and courteous. Kept me updated on their arrival time. Good value.

Needed a china cabinet removed from a storage unit & when I called them, Trevor said he could have someone there same day.

This was the quickest, easiest junk removal I’ve ever scheduled. I was able to obtain service in under 36 hours. Staff on the phone were lovely to speak with, and the brawny gentlefolk who removed my old bed were very professional — they even asked permission to come out early. Mattress removal took less than five minutes, and I didn’t have to move other furniture in my tiny studio. No wonder this place has a 4.9 star average with more than 1,000 reviews!

Junk King was on the money, the guy was negotiable with my pricing and the guys they sent out were nice and friendly, I will definetly refer them and I will use them again in the future. Great Job Junk King!

A terrible experience. We are a military retiree family who just moved to the area. We had to get rid of some furniture from the prior owners. We called this company to help us out. We were quoted at $408 and told that we could use a credit card as payment. When the two man crew came out, they immediately demanded $400 more, double the price and said that they could only accept cash or check. When I called the company and spoke to their higher headquarters, they backed down and agreed to move it for $500. Then while they were moving out the furniture, the took out a big chunk of our wall. And they continued to still try and shake us down for more money. I will NEVER hire that company again!

The guys were running late but once they got here, they worked efficiently and quickly. They were nice to talk to and very polite. They couldn't fit the patio table and chairs in the truck but said they would be back in the am to get them. Hopefully, they will return.

Removal was fine, if a bit expensive-had them take a few appliances that we had removed due to a renovation. However, I had chosen them because I saw something about them recycling and refurbishing what they take, which does not seem to be the case, at least with the truck that took our stuff. The appliances (stove, washer and dryer, microwave) were all usable but were thrown into the truck rather than treated gently the way you would if you were going to donate or reuse them. My mom noticed that the truck already had a very expensive Thomasville furniture set in it-all broken up into pieces and completely unusable. I wish I had dug around for another place that doesn't just throw usable goods in the trash.

We were the last stop today. The men were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly removed two chairs, a square piano, which was heavier than it looked, and a glass breakfront quickly. I gave them a check for the full amount of $218.00 and they were on their way. They are an asset to your organization. RECOMMENDED.
