JUST AESTHETIC NURSING, Allentown PA

I’ve spend over $7000 on procedure that didn’t work and never complained not one time. I’ve notice the change in mannerism as time went by and notice Jen has been acting as her work is one of a kind the email is rude, and I feel her customer service needs work and should value there customers. She vents on IG about lip fillers very unprofessional but then again all they do are lips. I should of pick up on that before having them do there other services like Sculptra doesn’t work had it twice and Ultratherapy don’t think they know what there doing. Sally didn’t make sense when explaining how it was done while doing it. I’m a tech (not esthetician) but the machine I’ve work with before training nurses how to use the machine but still remain quiet. Either way I drove today 1 hr 1/2 for Botox with Sally and prior to the appt I spoke to Sonia and told her if she would be able to do my lips which she’s done before with botox and apparently the medical assistant told me that Sally was overbook and that Sonia has no text showing our conversation when it was done over the phone. You would think Sally herself would come in especially since I’ve been there before. This is how they handled it. They said they can reschedule me but for mid January. Please save your money what I realize today yes these places are great for Botox and lips that’s it. I’m pretty sure you would say don’t know who this is and to call as you done on previous review, a friendly reminder it was Sally’s 2pm appt. 12/21/21. Please everyone just go o a surgeon and get the real thing done. Now a days you don’t need major surgery. This is the last time I go to any Aesthetian not worth the money. It saddens me to write this but success only comes when you remain humble.

Jan, Sally, & Sonya are wonderful! (Those are the only wonderful ladies I have met there, so far.) They are very friendly and accommodating, and I would not choose anywhere else to go for my injections. This facility lives up to expectations and their reputation.

I called to change an appointment that I had made less than 24 hours prior to trying to rescheduling but Jan didn't want to hear it. They wanted to steal my $100 deposit telling me that I needed to cancel 24 hour prior to the appointment when it hasn't been 24 hours since I made the appointment. You think they would have been flexible in this situation given that I am trying to reschedule and not cancel. REALLY BAD Customer service in my opinion Jan is money hungry! She didn't want to hear anything I said. She kept blabbering on not trying to understand where I am coming from and what I am trying to say. She didn't even give a chance to the receptionist to handle the situation she got herself involved in the situation and only kept telling me about her policies!

Jan and Diana are both extremely talented and professional. I’ve gotten lip filler 4 times with them now and I’m soo happy with my lip transformation and results over the course of the past year. I feel super comfortable every time I visit their office and I know I’m going to leave with exactly what I wanted. Diana is also the sweetest person ever and I can’t say enough good things about her!

I cannot say enough good things about Just Aesthetic Nursing and Diana! I've gone to Diana 3 times for lip filler and had such a positive experience and beautiful results each time. Diana is SO sweet and very talented. You can tell she truly cares and loves what she does. The numbing technique she uses makes it essentially pain-free, which is just an added bonus:)

The office is beautiful & staff is very professional.

Well worth the 3 hour drive (1.5 hours each way) knowing that I'm in good hands.

I recently had my first-ever session of lip-filler with Sally. She was informative throughout each step and most importantly patient when I let my nerves get the best of me. Sonia made scheduling a breeze and helped address my questions in preparation. I am so happy with the way my lips turned out and cannot wait for my follow-up appointment in January!

I have had the best experience getting my lips done here! Sally is super sweet, upbeat, professional, and helped make me feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough! These are my first fillers, and she explained the whole process to me prior to treatment and during. My lips look lovely and I'm over the moon with them!

I love every experience I have here! The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is super friendly. Jan will pay attention to every detail and she takes pride in her work. Book here and you will never go anywhere else!

Jan was amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. I am loving my results just 3 days after my appointment. I can’t wait to see what my lips and cheeks look like in 2 weeks when the swelling and bruises have subsided. Her staff were very accommodating, as well as polite. I love this place, it’s so beautiful and aesthetic. I have gone there 3 times, 1 for Botox and 2 lip fillers appointments and all 3 times has been with Diana Seitz. She is so amazing and sweet I love the work she has done on me and she is so accommodating and sweet. Would recommend this place and Diana, she is a true expert and professional. Coming here is worth the money and 3 hour drive I have take, I live in Elizabeth, NJ so it’s one hour and a half each way.

My experience here was very positive. I've been here twice now for lip filler and I seen Sally both times. She made me feel so comfortable as I was very nervous after doing research and (as an overthinker) I was worried about the risks. She talked to me like a friend and was very informative and professional. Also, the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and the office itself is beautiful and very clean. Not to mention my lips look amazing, they look naturally plump and full. Sally listened to everything I wanted and did not want and she went went over and beyond my expectations and it's made me gain so much confidence. Overall 5 stars and I will be back.
