RUN. Twice they canceled a delivery (they give you a 10 hour window, a window that is different than the contract they make you sign.) I have yet to receive my furniture.

They promised to refund the delivery fee and they have not done that.

Was lied to by 2 different people from the company several times.

We got our couches alittle over 2 years ago. The recliner is broken which broke within the first 6 months. All the thread detail is falling off, the seams are completely ripping apart. And now today our recliner portion on our loveseat broke. Such poor quality. And we are not rough with the couches at all for this to happen. So disappointed. They did send someone out to “fix” the recliner and they didn’t even fix it and left. Please note all of this happened within the first 8 months of owning the furniture and we have just been dealing with it since.
Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.

I placed 3 difficulty orders due to friend house being redone. The delivery of the furniture did not come in the time frame 10-8.
Our delivery last night did not end until midnight! F/IN MIDNIGHT. The delivery men left trash scattered about. They used a bathroom they didn't have permission to. The furniture store and warehouse blame each other for the mishaps on scheduling. Also they blame lack of delivery men, lack of trucks, lack off anything. We are going to end up canceling our last order of furniture because its been nothing but he'll getting the thousands upon thousands of dollars we sent shipped at a reasonable time.

Jerry and the team at Just Furniture were extremely friendly and professional and were able to work with our budget to get us a great sofa for the best price! Such a pleasant experience. We will definitely return.

So. Is it standard practice to throw your trash behind a dumpster when doing a delivery? Not just the persons that lives here. But all of the deliveries you made on Friday.

Also. I attempted to call multiple times prior to writing a review. But apparently no one answers the phone at your stores. So instead I'll just let the police handle it for illegally dumping and littering.

My wife and I went window shopping and were thinking about getting a new sofa set and because of great customer service by Jerry we purchased a new set. He took care of our needs and ordered the color set that we wanted. Thank you Jerry.
