HVAC problem Talked to Justin on a Wednesday Had a tech here on Thursday bad unit will have a new heat pump installed on Monday.

Derrick installed a new pump for my washer to discharge into. Because he was here before, he was able to install the pump quickly.
I also had a new fan put in my bathroom. Adrian and Nick worked on that project. There were a few problems with the wiring in the attic so they will be back. These guys worked well together as a team with one in the attic and the other person in the bathroom/breaker box. Very Professional.

I feel fortunate to have found a reliable and HONEST company to work with. Justin is always pleasant and helpful. I have had some bad experiences in the past but never with Just In Case. I highly recommend them.

You'd expect October to feel like fall in Pennsylvania, but our AC unit/Heat Pump had other plans. It conked out right when the weather decided to spike from 60-degree days to 80-degree heat. So, I got in touch with Just In Case Plumbing, and they showed up at our place the very next morning.

Their technician, Nick, was super friendly, and he made sure to introduce himself clearly. What's even more awesome is that he insisted on wearing those shoe covers before coming inside, even though I told him it wasn't necessary.

Nick quickly figured out that we needed a new capacitor and had our cooling system back up and running within just an hour. These guys are the best! I can't recommend them enough!
