My experience was horrible, and I don't want to rate the whole business for one bad representative of the business, but the lady that handled my situation was very ghetto, demanding, very unprofessional, wouldnt handle my needs (literally spent 4days) trying to talk me out of a decision that I had made up already, after saying 100 times I just want this and nothing else. Then when she finally did it it took 2 minutes.
I guess just another day in the ghetto dealing with grown folks that don't know how to and stay professional

They truly live by the name K&A bcuz it’s ghetto fabulous with hole in the ceiling & dirty floors. This place takes entirely too long for anything literally the rep is on the phone with another rep walking them through the steps in front of two clients which was literally sane thing I had to go through. 2wks later, I had to ask for a receipt of the car I sold & they told me to come in just for them to tell me I had to go call penndot. They sure know how to waste time if that’s what you like bcuz apparently nobody knows how to do this job. Bad jawn!

This place provides incredible service! I needed to buy a new car on short notice this week, and they did everything they could to make it happen!

Ms. Rashida and Felicia saved the day, cutting through layers of red tape, solving problems, and helping me deal with my insurance company. They truly went above and beyond!

And they were both so friendly and personable! I've never had more fun while sorting out paperwork.
