18I don’t recommend Mark Urich. Horrible experience. I’ve had nothing but issues with my car that I bought in March. Thanks Mark!
Bought a truck there few months ago had nothing but issues with sales to get a truck i wanted. Now I'm having issues with the truck they say it’s fixed but never touched it, its now been there 3 different times cause I need a vehicle for work and service wont fix the issue. They couldn’t even clean the truck after I bought it but said they did. Place is Worthless!
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
My father made a purchase on a used 2012 Jeep with hail and engine damage. He was completely trusting of this dealership and 100% taken advantage of. He is on a fixed income (disability). He was also trying to trade in his van which was used for my late mother and it was modified as she had a disability as well. He received NOTHING from the trade in. This jeep with hail and engine damage was on the lot for $23k. He put $4000 down from his savings and was also under the assumption he was getting $4000 for the van, because that is what he was told. He thought that he would have $8000 off of the price, that is not what happened. He got the $4000 off of the price but added insurance so that brought it back up to basically the original price.
Thankfully he did purchase the insurance because this lemon of a car has been a headache since day 1. He had the car for a week and the check engine light came on. My father doesn’t live in Danville and with gas prices getting higher and higher, he cannot continue to take this jeep back and forth. He has had a rental supplied from this company longer than he has had the car he purchased and is paying monthly for.
I would absolutely never do business with this place. They do not have your best interest in mind. They just want to rip you off! Sad to say, but it’s the truth!
Service department was very rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't ever take a vehicle there again if they offered services for free. Not very helpful and not interested in customers asking questions. Hopefully they go out of business.
Service Department is outstanding! Very knowledgeable, ensuring I get the correct parts the first time! Very friendly and easy to talk to!
Great people to work with. Love the way the team work between employee that work there. Good vibes always.
THE GUY WE SPOKE TO WAS VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL & GAVE US GREAT INFORMATION THAT HELPED US MAKE A DECISION ON OUR CHRYSLER SEBRING.
Didn't approve me after they told me I was guaranteed the cash towards getting a new car
Over priced, good luck getting someone to answer a phone or return a call.
Bought my 2017 Ram there, no service after the sale, no one writes or calls to see if you need anything. I tried to buy a new 2020 Ram there when my lease was up, no one ever answered phone so I bought my new truck from Zimmerman in sunbury.
DONT FALL FOR THE SCRATH OFF SHEETS! I wasted a whole afternoon in that place, as soon as I got there they said the 2 thousand was towards a new car. WHAT A SCAM! You will not get any money just a cheap pair of $3 head phones.
Put review but was deleted. Ridiculous. Never waste my time or money again goin to a fairfiekd dealership. Liars.
False advertising. Wasted a whole evening going in for something they were offering and it was a lie. Would never do business with them
Got one of those scratch off cash prize flyers in the mail. My sister scratched it and the number matched up under the $2000 cash prize. Seemed legitimate enough that I bothered to stop in. Once you go, they point out your 'Validation Code' which tells you WHICH of the prizes you won.not necessarily the one that your scratch off code matches. Got a fitness tracker bracelet that you can literally buy for $3 on Wish. What a joke. No respect for a company that plays games like that just to get people in the door.
Stop sending me your trash "scatch & match" scam mail. I understand that your defunct stealership is going under and you're desperate for customers, but this is just pathetic.
Great service everyone was kind and willing to help with any questions or problems they send you a text while your there waiting and they send you a follow up text
I went in to claim my $2,000 prize that it appeared I had w o n and of course the small print was I want a fitness watch that was a piece of junk and it fell apart after I got it home and was trying to get it charge and usable. The salesman told me they were expensive watches and I looked it up online and Walmart sells that very watch for $12. I don't know if their automobiles hold up better than their prizes do, but I don't plan on going back to Fairfield in the near future and I wish I could get off of the junk mailing list for Fairfield because I also received those bait and switch price sales brochures too much and each time I have gone in there thinking just maybe I might win a prize I've been disappointed.
Staff was friendly. They explained what was wrong with my car and what they were doing to fix it. They wear masks and are following restriction guidelines. Love the text messaging they have if you need anything or have any questions while they're working on your car.
Steve was very courteous he sat down beside me to explain what was wrong with my car and what would it take to fix it. He explained the details of what was happening to it and the approximate length of time to get the work done before something got worse.
Thank you for your kindness to the crew and staff for making our visit less painless.
