Kalahari Waterpark Resort Convention Center

The place aint bad its fun but they got damn bed bugs like thats dirty and nasty bro … Cant even sleep and ruined the experience.

Overall everything was good. I was there for a conference. Two things scored low for me, the Mexican restaurant food did not sit well and in the room at night I saw a few roaches on the counter when I turned the lights on. Had to be very careful about packing and unpacking at home after that

it was a really good experience the water park had amazing staff and so did the restaurants they had a really good arcade for kids and adults to play i highly recommend going here.

Tons of fun, clean, one of our favorite indoor water parks. Beats any of the great wolfs we been to.

Kalahari is the Best water park ever! The kids had lots of fun! The water was so warm. They have so much stuff to do. They have shops, restaurants, water parks, and even an arcade! It’s really expensive but worth it! We had so much fun with the kids! We will definitely be going back soon! Best trip ever!

THE BEST PLACE! I love going there, the employees are the best! The water park is super clean and there’s lifeguards everywhere! A very safe place

We love celebrating our daughter’s birthday here! They have so many fun things to do and amazing restaurants with food cooked to perfection. BUT I gave them a 3 stars because the check in process and trying to get anyone at the front desk to help is absolute torture. It takes 30 min to check in: : not counting the line that you may have to wait in. The music in the water park can be quite loud as well and trying to sit in a cabana and have a normal conversation is impossible. I would love to give them a higher stat count but man that check in process is crazy!

Don't go to this resort and water park. I stayed one night and I was falsely charged. For things I didn't use in the room and the funny thing is I spoke to HR and billing department and am still waiting on a refund for over a month. Now they don't pick up.

They charged me $60 for 2 towels that I return. I have tried to communicate with them and I have not had any response. I will not return and I do not recommend it

Lights in the room don't work. Fireplace doesn't work. Rips in the furniture which is ungodly uncomfortable. Had ordered special packages that weren't ready and took hours of dealing with an unfriendly staff to get.

The Kalahari Waterpark is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. As you enter, you will see a lazy river, Kalahari's signature VR slide, and a kid's play area. There are many paths to the variety of rides Kalahari has to offer. The slides often vary in intensity, usually being moderate-extreme. The slides themselves are well built for a thrilling experience, especially in the nighttime. If you want to take pictures, make sure you buy a waterproof phone case in advance.
Overall, I would recommned this park to adrenaline seeking teenagers and adults who want a better thrill.

We have been here about 4 times but this last one, I think it will be the last, which we did not like in short, that you can no longer use cash for absolutely anything, which seems ridiculous and absurd to us.

My family and I went there and everything was beautiful, the water was clean, the rooms were also clean and very good, and the services were great. We spent two days and one night, and I am happy to say that I will be back as soon as possible.

It is sucks experience of booking, I book two rooms for Aug. 13, and they just published a promotion after the date of my booking. The valid date from Aug 11. They would not let me do a price match! Completely ruined my future trip. This isn’t a right way to do the business! Will take Kalahari off the list of yearly trip!
