KAM Auto Center, Harrisburg PA

Only had my car for 4 months and Kam's is the only place I go to to get my car fixed. Last week on 9/7 I've gotten my alternator replaced as well as an oil change. That will be my LAST TIME getting service from them! Whoever did my oil change was messing with my motor mount and DID NOT put the cap back on. Instead the top was SITTING on a bunch of wires next to my passenger headlight. I have a leak under my hood now. 9/8 my passenger side window was stuck so I went back to get it fixed. Prior to getting it fixed I find a BLUNT in back of my driver's seat. Nobody gets in my car but me and my 10 year old daughter. Not only that but I found THIER pliers stuck between my window wipers. Like seriously? You guys lost my service I'm very sickened and beyond frustrated

These guys are very unprofessional and on top of that very arrogant, please if you care about your car do not take it there because chances are you are going to regret it. Messed up my car and deny responsibility. That will be the first and last time I and anybody else i know will be using their services. I have had my SUV serviced and inspected at KAM's Auto Center for the past 3 years. Their work is quality and pricing is affordable. I can usually get same day service or at least next day service.

Horrible dropped my truck off 9AM two days later they did not even look at my truck. But my girlfriend pulled up and they are fixing her car but never even checked mine. Can’t find my truck key either

The people in this place are terrible they mess up their cars and don’t want to hold responsible for them so if you go to this place be careful if they don’t mess up your car. They don’t know what they are doing

This is the most untrustworthy, unprofessional business I have ever been too. Things end up missing in your glove box and they have a group of amateurs working on your car. I will file a complain with The Better Business Bureau and PA Department of State.

I would advise anyone planning on bringing your car to this establishment to stay away at all cost. I am saving you a head ache.

The service men were professional, friendly and accurate. Their price was reasonable and most importantly they were knowledgeable and quick.
