I find Dr Patel and his nurse to be caring and attentive. I am very satisfied with them.
He’s my new PCP. He’s attentive, have patience to listen to your questions/ concerns, discusses his diagnosis in details w/o the rush. Front desk is NO Star.
The front desk receptionist was the worst.keep in mind I was SICK.why else would someone b there.she wanted money for the balance of my account. She led me to believe I couldn't keep the appointment without MONEY.towards my bill. I made a payment previously.there were other people in the chairs behind me. I was so embarrassed. I. Said look I really need to see dr are u going to let me see him OR NOT. She shrugged her shoulders n said well i forced it thru sit down nothing else. I went to a chair totally humiliated like a child in a time out! When I got in the back I CRYED
I saw Dr PATEL and nurse Sam. They were awsome DR AND SAM were so nice professional and caring! Dr helped he w my problem. I truly like DR PATEL and nurse Sam excellent Dr and nurse. BUT I don't kno if coming back.it will be very hard to walk into that office w the anxiety I kno I will b feeling.tina mckeown. Appt date 3/270
Dr patel always shows great care with my 91 yr old mother. He listens and treats her with respect. Its been 12 years an I am very happy we chose dr Patel as her primary care physician. I highly recommend him!

They need more help in the reception area. Trying to get through is very hard when they only have one person answering the phone. Any staff member should be trained to do more than one job. More team work.
