Kaplan Family Hearing Center, Lancaster PA

I have had a great experience at Kaplan Family Hearing Center. They recommended the right device for me and were patient while it was optimized to my needs. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Kaplan and his Assistant Lauren provide excellent care. I use to struggle trying to be part of a conversation and I would have to ask them to repeat what they said. Absolutely amazing place to get my hearing aids and get them serviced. I was a client of Hear Here and stuck with Kaplan Family after they took it over. They are always there and willing to help with any of my issues. Super friendly and very personable. I need my hearing aids daily to interact with my employees and these guys make it happen. Dr. Kaplan does a great job working with you to get you what you need and making the right adjustments. Lauren is always smiling when you walk in the door and great to interact with. I am in my 30s and have been wearing hearing aids for 10+ years. I wouldn’t see anyone else!

When Dr Davis told me I would need hearing aids, I was so apprehensive. I have to admit I didn't hear much of what was said at that appointment. Not because I wasn't paying attention. I just couldn't hear that tone. Turns out there were so many more tones I couldn't hear as well. With my rx in hand. My husband & I walked right next door to Kaplan Family Hearing Center - Talk about convenient! We made the appointment. In a matter of days it was time for Matt to try to do something with these 60yr old ears. Needless to say it turned out to be an AMAZING experience! It was even easy on the wallet (if you know what I mean). Weeks out from picking up my hearing aids, I have to say I LOVE MY NEW EARS ️ Trying to figure out what sounds were at 1st was like an unsolved mystery. I strongly encourage anyone that has any appreciation to straighten that spine & get to Kaplan Family Hearing Center! I can't tell you enough how awesome it is to hear all that I've been missing. Did I mention I LOVE MY NEW EARS️

Dr. Kaplan was so kind and generous with my grandfather during his initial consultation. He took the time to get to know him and his lifestyle. The doctor was forthright and practical regarding my grandfather's current hearing aids. Ultimately we did not end up making an aid purchase, but when the time comes for replacements Kaplan Family Hearing Clinic will be our first choice.

Dr Kaplan is a hearing help provider like none other than we’ve ever consulted.
This man is empathetic and compassionate First, and foremost. He could have very easily sold us new aids, but insisted on working with what we have had for the last four years. Comprehensive tweaking was done by dr Kaplan, with great success! Confidence in this man is so strong in our minds that, if, and when new aids are needed, there will be no doubt in our minds that they are, in fact needed
We cannot recommend him highly enough; he is sincere, intelligent, understanding, accommodating, on top of his trade, and above all compassionate.

Dr. Kaplan is very professional, patient and kind. He was especially thorough in the two visits I had with him. He explained everything there was for me to know about my hearing and my hearing aides. He did very comprehensive exams. I appreciated the complete cleaning/testing he did with my hearing aides.
Lauren is also professional, friendly and accommodating. I recommend this practice for any persons with hearing issues and or hearing needs.

My mother is visiting from Florida and she needed her hearing aids cleaned. The office staff did not hesitate to schedule an appointment for us and we were welcomed like we had been patients there for years. Great service and very courteous.

I was very hesitant and did not want to believe that I needed hearing aids. I was in denial and put it off for years! I was then referred to Kaplan Family Hearing, that’s where it all changed. Dr Matt’s office was still in the early stages of opening. I walked in after being at the ear doctor a few steps away with no appointment and he welcomed me, took the time to sit with me, heard my concerns, reviewed my options and what option would be most helpful to me. say I left there a different person, one who can now hear things that I havent heard in a very long time He changed my life, honestly! His patient care and customer service is superb! Kaplan Family Hearing Center will be the first place I recommend to others. They are wonderful and it’s a family operated business.

I am definitely pleased with Dr. Kaplan! He took time to check and clean my hearing device and fixed a technical issue that I was having with an app on my cell that amplifies my device. He also explained to me that I was not wearing my aid properly, and showed me what I was doing wrong. He suggested trying a different tulip, which made a huge difference. I 100% recommend Kaplan Hearing Center. Oh, and Laura has an amazing supply of chocolates at the reception area.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kaplan this week and I could not have been more pleased. He replaced the filters and domes in my devices, updated the firmware, and in response to a question that I had about the ReSound App on my iPad, took the time to call the support number to make sure that I was receiving the correct answer. I have already recommended Kaplan Family Hearing twice since Tuesday. Thank you, Dr. Kaplan, for a thorough and informative visit.
