Went from good to bad to worse. I'm not sure if this company made some changes in management, but my lawn looks worse than it did when I bought my house 5 years ago. I have more crabgrass, clover and nut grass in my lawn than ever before. After my last lawn treatment in the beginning of July, the technician left the paper with work performed and instructions that were circled, starred and underlined about how much I had to water in the fertilizer, even though Pennsylvania American water had issued notice to its customers to please conserve water. When I called the office Lindsey advised me those instructions were just to make the big shots happy. A few weeks ago I called to state my concerns about the condition of my yard and that I didn't know if I wanted to continue with the service, I was told by the young lady well then let's just cancel the service and was hung up on, instead of listening to my concerns as a customer. Extremely unprofessional.

We were looking for a local company for our lawn service. We checked the reviews and Kapps became our lawn care company. We've been very happy and our lawn is one of the best looking on the block.

I am very happy with the results of my service from Kapps. The cost is reasonable and my lawn looks great.

Very professional and respectful of not only my yard but the neighbor's yard. I've used several different lawn care services and this one by far is the best.
