My dog loves Karen! He will not let me trim his nails. I've watched the folks at the local pet superstore try and fail. With Karen he actually looks bored while she does it! She's very good!
Karen was professional, knowledgeable, and kind and caring toward our pet. I don't think there's any more to ask for. I suppose the price was very reasonable as well.
