The worst, customer service there is. These people think that because they been here for years that they talk to customers and type of way and it won't affect their business. This is Philadelphia and anything can happen in Philadelphia nobody cares anymore so it's not wise to treat customers less than when we are the ones helping your company. Your not the only rental place there is. Your low views are what people should read and look into we all can't be lying on them and we don't even know each other.

If you’ve ever used this place for party rentals don’t patronize them any further. Karley's Rentals (on Disston Street in Philly) owner has abismal customer service. He basically told me that our $900 rental was nothing to him and that he doesn’t need our business and everyone knows how much we have used them in the past.

I don’t get upset easily but what drives me crazy is owners who don’t understand their privilege and the benefits of having repeat and loyal customers.

Edit: The owners threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn’t take the picture down, so at my family’s behest I am complying. However, strong arming customers and not even offering an apology for the way the treated my wife and publicly belittled and embarrassed her tells you what type of person he is. Absolutely awful.

Highly recommend! Super friendly, helpful and saved us last minute details for our event.

This is my go to spot for all my event decor rentals. As an event planner/decorator it’s super easy to get in touch with them and I have never had an issue with any rental items. The customer service is great.
