Best prices for meats and chicken and shrimp in my area. Always helpful staff and clean meat cases as well as well managed handling of products.

I like this Karns. It is extremely dated, but it's part of the charm. I frequent the Hershey one as I work next door, but this one is closer to my house. It has everything you need despite the size and age!

I find their prices comparable if not better than the competition, and their own store generic, Everyday Essentials, has great quality items.

The deli and meat department are wonderful. I love their fresh fried chicken and macaroni and cheese, and they have some of the best pre-made Italian subs, strombolis, and soups. LOVE their food!

I hope that they do in the future modernize a bit, maybe with some self-checkouts, or hey, at least update the interior *just a little. * Otherwise, definitely recommend.

The meat guys were very knowledgeable. I had to ask where a product was located, and the employee who helped me was very polite. Lastly, my cashier at checkout was fabulous!

Karn's is a family owned store and it shows. Their customers are very important to them. I love there meat department, I love being able to see both sides of the steak before I buy them. Also able to have meat cut to the thickness I want it.

Always good. Their meat department is fantastic, and the guys that butcher are all so nice and helpful! The meat is fantastic, sale prices can't be beat, and service awesome!

Karnes meat department is great. Preordered steamed crabs from sales flyer, and they were waiting for me when I arrived!

Normally karns is a great place to shop but after not seeing a product at one of their stores I called the middletown branch about a particular cleaner for dishes trying to figure if they sell/have it and they refused and all she could tell me was that their supply is short right now! Seriously? Poor customer service from middletown!

The hot food items were obscenely expensive (I paid over $11.50 for two small pieces of fish and a small container of mac and cheese), and the bathroom was filthy.not a good experience to say the least.

Prices vary somewhat higher (in the things We buy.others are good for the area.staff is friendly and helpful.

I love Karns. Only reason its not 5 is because more and more of the staff are becoming less friendly and treat customers more like an inconvenience then happy to help. Also, found plastic Saran wrap in my potatoes salad.

A little expensive for my taste but i shop there cause that's the closest to were i live i have no car I'm in wheelchair if i had a choice I'd shop at Giant sometimes and sometimes at Karnes.

Just came from Karns for boneless ribs brought it home it was spoiled and my Yogurt had large green mold spot right on top plus it was out of date. When I went to return it they said grab another but they were all expired!

Middletown store is small with very little fresh produce and not much variety of products as its too small to offer that. Can also be expensive. Is great to just run in and grab a few things, and the meat department IS 5 star.

I have been going to Karns since i was a little girl, with my grandma. The little shop I really loved going too. A lollipop was a treat from the butcher. Time has gone by, Karns has grown, so have my children. Now my grandkids are shopping there. KARNS must be doing everything right. They think of there customers. Love the stores, have been to several.

Why is the refrigeration temp in the egg/butter area at 46 degrees. A little on the warm side don't you thimk.

I have never had any problems with anything from here. They have very fresh foods. The only problem is because they are small, they don't have everything I want but.they have offered to order anything they don't have, so I think they are great!

Checker was very personable.and made me smile.she did her best to make my shoping experience make me want to come back.

Employees and cashiers always make it a joyful venture. Everyone is always so nice, love Karns.

Better meats, what I need is there. Cheaper then Giant and I don't have to walk a mile to get through the store.
